Excellent comfortable stay. It is clear that the owner of the property puts a lot of care and attention to ensure the home is comfortable and has all the amenities that a guest might need during their stay. Clean and comfortable condo in Makati neigbourhood of Manila.

Not much to say! The sun rises early in the Philippines, so black out blinds would be a great addition.

This is a great unit in Air Residences, lots of effort has gone into making it homely and well-designed with clever appliances and products to make it more than just a bland, boring unit. Very pleased with my stay and would have stayed longer!

We had a comfortable 2-night stay! Gloryfe was an amazing host—always quick to answer our questions during our stay. Even though she wasn’t here in person, she promptly helped us solve any issues. The room itself was neat and well-maintained. We also appreciated her kindness when we arrived earlier than check-in and mistakenly tried to enter the room (our fault!). She remained warm and accommodating, and ensured everything was ready for us right away. A truly great experience:)

The lift/elevator situation, as you had to sometimes wait for every person to get on or off and their floor. The longest wait time was close to 3/5 mins.

The room and the living room was immaculate. You have everything you need to make your stay comfort from towels, toilet tissue, earbuds and even a selection of teas.

The room had a homey feel to it and was clean. We like that the location is near a variety of restaurants and a supermarket. The host left snacks and made sure to have a well-equipped place (had extra sheets, blow-dryer, first aid kit, kitchenwares and condiments)

I noticed only the comforter of the bed i think wasn't changed or at-least dry cleaned properly as i've seen a small hair. Otherwise everything is clean.

Everything you need is there. They will provide everything for you. Theres also a complimentary water, coffee and snacks that i want to acknowledge because i was really hungry when i arrived so its a relief for me to see that theres something u can munch on immediately at the very least, so i'm really thankful for this gesture. Not all host are doing that anymore. Its a small thing for others but for me its a huge deal. Very comfortable. I only stayed overnight but i felt the good vibes in this room. As i have said, everything you need is there. You can cook if you will stay long. Also the room has a good WIFi connection. Which is very important for my work. You can enjoy watching netflix, youtube on the TV. I highly recommend this room/property. I will definitely booked again if ever i needed again for my work. It feels homely for me.

Sheila's review of her stay: I enjoyed my stay... The place is stylish, clean, smells good , they also provide toiletries ,kitchen wares with condiments!.... The area is safe and accessible for transportation with mall and grocery to shop... I had minor issue/s with the payment and pool voucher...However, the owner was very accomodating and made sure to settle it... Thank you and happy new years!

The condo was a bit smaller than expected, but it's really well organized and you have everything you need.

Air Residence is located in Makati and it's very convenient to stay in. There is a pool you can use for 150 pesos per day and a mall with several restaurants and shops just downstairs. The 1 room apartment was comfortable and clean. The communication with the friendly host was very efficient. And the internet was working very well. We recommend this place!
