I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the room I was provided during my recent stay at your hotel. The condition of the room was far below the standards I expected, and I encountered several concerning issues that need immediate attention. Upon entering the room, I was shocked to find it in a state of disarray and uncleanliness. The presence of bedbugs in the room was not only distressing but also a serious health concern. This experience has greatly impacted my stay and left me deeply disappointed with the quality of service provided by your establishment.

place smelled of mold and room wasn't very clean with rubbish under the bed left. No filtered water in the room. Sheets weren't very clean either.

Location was central, no cockroaches. Staff were very friendly and gave me a good massage deal with the option to check out later. Hot water in the room was a bonus

The entire place was simple and very cozy. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and polite - they helped me with a lot of things such as directions, my luggage, and others. The area is also very convenient and near a lot of restaurants, cafes, etc. It’s also surprisingly not noisy at night although it’s near bars and restaurants. The wifi was also very decent, which was really nice since my work is mostly done online. Overall, this place was great and I would definitely book it again with friends and family :)

Stains on sheets & towels...old bed linen...no outlet for laptop need extension ... no bottled water only cup of water at desk on 1st floor but cup is free... not safe location but not too far from main entertainment area

The party is the same as portrayed in the photos. It's clean and the staffs are friendly. They got telephone that connects to the lobby. A guest can visit just leave an ID.

Toilet seat was covered in layers of pee when I got to my room. The staff came to clean it immediately when I let them know, but made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. I got an apology from a manager a day and a half later and she offered to have my room cleaned again, but I was about to leave soon anyways. Air conditioner wall unit was old and very loud, enough that I needed ear plugs to sleep. No hand soap provided in the bathroom either. Double bed isn't actually a double bed - it's two twin beds placed together with nothing to cover the gap besides the sheets, so it can't actually function like a large bed for one person. This isn't an expensive place so I don't expect a ton, but a clean room seems like a low bar. I'm not saying to not book here if this is what your budget allows for, but make an informed decision and decide whether these factors are worth the value to you.

They called me to ask multiple times if I had a whore in my room. They saw me coming solo in the hotel. It was quite in my room so not any clues to offend me like this.

nothing to be honest I just need to sleep where it will be accessible for me for my meeting the following morning. Nothing is likeable even the place is not giving!

The hotel is old, the room was not properly maintained even provided stained blankets or sheets. But they said its newly washed, even the towels are yellowish to brownish white, the television has poor reception. The staff were friendly though

I’ve stayed here few times, the rooms are kept clean, staff are friendly, located well away from street noise, WG restaurant is just 5minutes walk and rooms are quiet!

It could have been clearer, and the stuff were not so helpful. Something terrible happened, and didn’t feel safe staying at this hotel, so I moved to other ones. Didn’t stay for 4 nights which I had already paid for but couldn’t get a refund, not even talk to the manager. Not recommended.

Sometimes things get messy in the room. I wish there were tools for cleaning like broom, mop or something.

The room itself is comfortable especially for couples. Staff are friendly and very approachable
