The resort is out of the huzzle and buzzle of the Alona beach area, but easily reachable by tuk-tuk. The big plus is that the resort is right on the beach, adjecent to a beautiful white beach. The rooms are basic but clean and good value for money. The staff were also very helpful in arranging day tours. The walk from the drop off point to the hotel might be discouraging for some people, but the hotel arranged for teh carrying of the luggage, which made it easier.

Unfortunately, the room inside was a let down. Looks very used and old. Quite big hole in the floor, lots of ants and lizards.

Whole resort looks amazing from outside. They did great job planning and decorating. Very beautifully lit at night. Peaceful and relaxing. We were impressed. Beach and plam trees just at the door step was everything. Dumaluan Beach is one of the best beaches I've seen in my life. Very good food. Nice bar staff😀 Amaizng view from our balcony. Walk to the place from the drop off point really takes only 5mins and is very pleasant apart from the first minute when you walk thru the rocky road.

The road from the drop off area to the resort needs to be better maintained as it is gravel and rough for bags and suitcases .

Nice and quiet location , right on the beach but away from the busy part . Staff were very friendly and helpful ,chilled out and easy going . Wifi was excellent , able to pick it up from the rooms , to the bar area and towards the beach sitting/viewing area . food menu was up to a good standard , a mix of asian /european ,reasonably priced .Overall a fairly enjoyable experience for the family and a welcome break from routine .

It is a bit isolated and you have to be a bit of a mountain goat to walk down and walk up to and from the property. You cannot be delivered to the front door. It is about 250 to 300 m over a some rougher terrain. The facilities are rather basic, but it is an enjoyable place to stay if you are not looking for “posh” accommodations.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Though the bar area has a limited menu. The food is quite delicious. It is right off the beach, not more than 20 seconds walk and you are in the sand & the surf.

Beautiful place in front of the Dumaluan beach, which is beautiful as Alona but with less tourists. Food and drinks are good as well, nice cabin and basic share amenities

Access it’s a big problem I have a bag (15kg) and walking with for coming (even if I rent a motorbike cause so road it’s so bad) and for leaving (even if I order tuktuk)

A constant smell of sewage, a bathroom in terrible condition, a loose door handle, standing water in the toilet upon arrival, geckos everywhere, leaky front doors, and a visible hole in the wall.

The path to walk through but that’s not the hostels fault. It’s absolutely fine in the day time but if you’re alone at night it might be a little scary

The location on the beach front was beautiful, nice and peaceful. Not far to walk to the beach front restaurants. Perfect sunset spot. The staff were very attentive and friendly, helped you whenever you needed it. Ordered tuk tuk’s (transport) if needed it! The menu and drinks were really nice !!!! Highly recommend staying here

The way to the property is unsafe. The road is very rough and rocks were scattered and can cause accidents when you ride your rented motorcycle. At night, you might also get in danger when you walk as there are snakes and other animals on your way. Only a few parts of the road has lightings.

What i didn’t like is rooms is not clear about they have extensions that you basically paying for a different look, different vibe that you expected as how on board panglao looks like on the booking. The room that i had was decent enough tho, but i wish they renovated it first before they let people booked it, the ceiling is broken and the walls. And AC’s heat coming inside the room as it doesnt have a proper ventilation .Bed foam is just foams that they put together on.

What i like about it is by the beach, just a few steps and you’re seeing the beautiful beach of dumaluan.
