Social hostel: they organise daily activities which makes it easy to get to know other travellers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms and facilities are nice and clean. Good location, the beach there is more beautiful and less crowded than in the city. You can watch the sunset from the bar!

Many young people, so if you like to go technical diving, You better go some places close to Tabanka diving center (more quiet places for recovering). So for party and sexy vibes, the perfect place (OUTPOST).

What can I say… if you want an unforgettable hostel experience then you should choose Outpost. I only stayed for 2 nights, but my stay was so lovely. Rooms are decent and spacious, beds are comfy, you got lockers and privacy curtains, a clean bathroom. The location is alright, you would have to take a tuktuk if you wanted to head to El Nido town, however the hostel is right at the beach, so no complaints there. The staff - you feel right at home because of all of the staff. It’s a pretty social hostel, with events like karaoke/bbqs/beerpong every night! The atmosphere feels really cosy, the staff will sit and chat with you about life and whatnot, making you feel welcome. They remember your name and always greet you with a big smile. Big recommend staying here!!!

The hostel itself is down some steep stairs and along the beach front which we got a bit confused on how exactly to get there! So be aware if you have a suitcase. Also a bit far out of main city/crowds but easy enough to get a tuk tuk into central town (150 pesos). Bartenders/staff got drunk, got our drink orders wrong and were still expected to pay for it. Can be quite loud on karaoke nights as could hear a bit from the dorm rooms.

Island tour was great and crew was amazing! Staff at hostel are more than happy to help where they can. We stayed in four bed dorm and had enough space while respectful to others in room.

The BEST hostel I've ever been. The staffs are warm, accomodating, and friendly even the other hostel guests. I love the food and the beachfront view. It is also well maintained and squeky clean. The food taste so good. KUDOS!

The hostel is right a the beach, but it‘s a bit outside of the city centre, where mostly everything is happening.

Quite a busy hostel with lots of coming and going but it meant we met lots of people.

Amazing location! Right on the beach so had beautiful sunsets and ocean view. The town isn’t super nice so it was good to stay about 5-10 mins out (tricycles are always outside and about 150 peso to get into town) so this was great. Lots of restaurants nearby to walk to and vanilla beach about 10 mins via trike. Was so glad to stay somewhere so beautiful. The staff were super friendly and made you feel so welcome. Also really helpful and able to book all excursions through them which was great to meet people. Common area is so nice, amazing food and drinks served all day so good to chill in then always something social going on in the eve which helped with meeting similar people. Rooms were good, we stayed in a 4 person dorm which had ample space, AC and comfy beds. Bathrooms were also always clean.

A small point but one worth mentioning. Outpost has no water dispenser to re fill bottles and forces you to buy plastic ones for more than they cost in a shop. A good way to squeeze profit but goes against the rest of Palawan where everywhere else discourages or even bans all single use plastic.

Nice hostel right on the beach 10 mins drive from El Nido centre. Events every night, fun staff and very social. Good facilities and good food.

Staff was arrogant Location is far from town and requires tuktuk ride Bought Tour C from the hostel, but the boat was not well maintained, engine broke down in the middle of the ocean, it may be better to search alternative options

The people here are amazing, really helpful,kind and fun. The tours are amazing as well, you should definetely book with them. Nice programs also. The place was clean with lockers for our staff, they have hairdryers downstairs if youd need, they also let me stay last day until night and gave me towels to go to the beach and have a shower till I was waiting for my plane. Will definetely come back.

I love that it’s right by the beach! The staff are so friendly and very accommodating. There’s also an activity every night so it’s always fun! The dorm rooms are soundproofed so you can’t really hear the party downstairs which is nice if you want to have a chill night in 😅

Sometimes the staff were a little loud and there is one guy who hits on all the women, which made me feel uncomfortable as a solo female traveller.

The bar/restaurant area is so beautiful overlooking the sea and the vibe is really good. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet at night.
