ACU has a leak, fridge is not cooling and complimentary botlled water, slippers and laundry bag are no longer provided in the room. But still, our stay is wonderful and we all enjoyed!

Delayed room. We arrived at the property almost 2 hrs prior our check-in time, settled the payment for the booking...waited...but was only able to be given a room 45-50 mins after our supposed check-in time! No clear and timely update from frontdesk officers as to why the room was delayed. You have to approach them from time to time for follow-up. P.S: Not sure if it's too much to ask for some complimentary offerings to at least make up for the dismay.🤷‍♀️

Slow service when it came to food and drinks. Staff needs more training from the staff at the restaurants and security guards. What saved from getting a bad review was the excellent service from Suzy at the front desk.

1. Reception staff who are trying to push to pay for upgrade room because room is not ready, then said is ready but AC doesn't working. 2. The noise ls of generators all around the area, not permanent but when are on, there are very loud. 3. Tables and chairs on the restaurant terrace very dirty, full of trace food. 4. No worth to pay extra for room with view to the lake because on the upper level you will see only the forest, the lake you can't see because of the tree, 1 or 2 level you can see the terrace and little bit from lake, so not amazing. 5. There is no bottle with water in the room. It is a dispenser in the hall. You can fill it from there. Even in less stars hotel I found 2 small bottles with water. 6. With around 3 hours before check out, they placed a notification in the room under door, a notification to inform me that check out is at 11 o'clock and for every hour after 11 we will pay 2000 pessos/hour. It is the first time when I receive this kind of notification.

The Hotel is not good conducted. It was the most unpleasant experience we had in the Philippines. Rooms are old and stinking. Bedsheets are almost wet, because of humidity in the room. Airconditioner doesn’t work properly to dry the humidity in the rooms. The smell is unbearable. It’s loud and uncomfortable. The staff is slow and not trained. Food is terrible. Breakfast a nightmare. How can a restaurant not be able to mix a fruit without putting a lot of syrup in it. Even you ask for it. They had a grill on in the middle of the terrace for dinner. Whole place stank like gasoline. One could not eat in the gasoline smog. Not only the food was bad, but the dinner place with gasoline smog made it worse. How can a restaurant not serve a decent pizza? What do you need for that? The worst food I ate in my entire life. We didn’t eat for almost 2 days, because we couldn’t stand the smell of the food. It was really terrible.

We love everything, the rooms were very spacious and clean, the staff were all very nice, helpful and professional. The morning buffet was really delish, we liked the selections. The restaurants also have really good food. Everything was perfect. My family truly enjoyed our stay.
