United KingdomThe elevator didn’t work I was on the top floor what was a bit of a pain, the restaurant there is also incredibly expensive comparing it to all the other prices around the area.
The staff there was amazing! They was all so friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, the shower was nice. Everything was great, when I go back I will stay again.

AustraliaJust a suggestion. If the staff took the dirty glass and cups out of the room , they should replace it straight away to avoid drama on checking out. We check out very early in the morning, no reception . A caretaker checked our room before checking out and found out we were missing 1 cup. Despite our explanation that staff didn’t replaced it. He still kept insisting it will be charged on him. There should be a set rule of replacing them straight away. Also family room with balcony’s toilet should have a glass barrier a bit longer between the toilet and shower Every time we had a shower, water goes all the way to the toilet floor, give us more job to wipe it dry all the time. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

PhilippinesThe hot water didnt work, and the bath tub would of great but we didn't get to use it because there is no hot water, and the plug to drain the water wouldn't pop up.
It was great. We stayed in a villa, kitchen is equipped enough beds for all of us. Took us 8-10 mins walk to the beach because we have young children.

United StatesThe air conditioner didn't work that great, the fridge didn't work to cool my food and drinks. It was loud at night, but my sound machine helped. They had construction going on, so be careful where you walk. I came up the stairs by the pool and slide cause they left broken tiles right at the top . The gentleman that did it helped me , everyone was really kind .
I was thankful it was close to DMall and the beach, just a short walk. Their restaurant was very nice and the pool , great temperature to cool off. The staff were all friendly and helpful

RomaniaHad some issues with my door lock (couldn’t get in my room for 3 times), but they helped me all the time. Prepare to kill some ants if you leave some food outside. No toilet paper, but I think it’s normal here haha.
It’s close to anything (bars, shops, boat trips, restaurants). You can walk from Station 1 to Station 2 and 3 and to Bulabog beach (10min walking). They provided beach towels which was great. The food from room service was tasty, try the double decker sandwich. The pool was nice, water is cold so it was so refreshing to swim there. Staff super friendly and helpful. Received a welcome drink when I got there, they also helped me with transportation from the airport.

PhilippinesThe strong smell of chlorine in the pool. I think that’s for preventing from gems but I feel dizzy. Lack of hygiene kit like toothbrush and toothpaste, ear cleaning buds, lotion, hair conditioner but they have small soap and hair/body liquid soap. You need to bring your own or buy some these things from watsons. The wifi connectivity is not too strong.

FranceThe TV was a bit hard to manipulate ( the cable box is behind the TV so it was hard to switch channel i need to click on every angle until i find the correct way! There is a tiny gap on the wooden floor On the door of the bathroom i dont know the name but it’s like a screen thing is broken The water suddenly turned off 2 times but thankfully the maintenance was quick to repair it The staff are friendly ans welcoming i don’t habe complain about it But i just hope to be more reponsive on the phone.. we were calling for the roundtrip the day before we leave.. with no reponse(been calming a lot of times) … receptionnist must not let the phone ring for more than 3 times… if they are not on their desk bring the phone with you.. (i work in a hotel,as a front desk also)

Close to D’Mall and white beach - only 10/15 minute walk away. Room was nice and spacious and included a fridge which we always appreciate - our air conditioning stopped working so we were transferred rooms, staff were accommodating and helpful. Pool area was nice. Reasonably quiet - some hustle and bustle in the morning once the island wakes up.

PhilippinesWe could not bring outside food to our room, even a fast-food chain burger, as the hotel has a restaurant. :( Also, our room was quite far from the lobby with a lot of stairs, so I won't recommend it if you have a senior with you.
The room is clean and tidy. Free beakfast is good. All the staff are nice and very hospitable.
