No water from early morning up until we checked out. We also did not use the pool because it's under renovation but no early announcement

The place itself is a gem, the room is so comfy however the service is kinda disappointing. The staff were very approachable however you have to really wait for things. Like towels, check in, replenishments of toiletries and so on. Theres a lot of budget hotels (like in BGG simile to this pricepoint) that wont let you feel that you’re on a budget with their service and complementaries. Hope they can work it out:)

The telephone in my room wasn't working. I couldn't call the reception desk when I needed something. The bathroom looked clean, but there was a bad odor. Even if I flushed the toilet multiple times, there was still a bad odor.

I like the location. It is one of the cheapest hotels near Araneta Coliseum.

First of all, the bathroom. Some parts are kinda rusty and not clean. There's a clump of hair on the drainage. Second, the TV. Very few choices on the channels to watch. And lastly, the air conditioner. It was loud, and towards the end of my stay, it stopped working. I have to restart the electricity inside the room to make it work again.

Location is very ideal for solo travelers and concert goers to Araneta. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very good (although fish as meat choice for breakfast is kinda weird).

Toiletries were not replaced. We’re left with half empty shampoo/lotions Towels were not provided. We have to call front dest twice just to request for towels Bathroom is smelly No Bathroom mat was provided since they have no stock

A few small cockroaches in the room (nothing uncommon in the location, wasn't bothering us that much. Only cold water. No towels when we came to the room (staff fixed that immediately). No curtains in the shower so after showering a lot of water in the whole bathroom.

I really liked the location, in the centre of Cubao, close to MRT and LRT. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable it was really perfect and we got the best sleep.

Found 2 small cockroaches in the room. They should have cleaned the room thoroughly after a pest control treatment.

the rooms are not equipped with sound proof you can heard the staff talking outside the room and additionally i would like to highlight that they should inform guest that isn't allowed to shout around the corridors specially if they are group of people that are also drunk this was not a good experience for us were having our rest in the middle or dawn the situation was that i dont know about the others if they complain as well better they highlight some of these measures that guest shuold have a good rest not be bothered by other guest making unnecessary noise

i like the place area reception and the view and the comfort of our stay.

Not that I don't like. Just a a concern. Tiles with leak, shower seems like will fall anytime from the wall. And please have a light near mirror. 😊

They don’t have floor rags, especially the washroom area. I almost slip several times. AC was not cold, it was too hot during the night. The washroom has several small cockroaches which were really unsanitary. Toilet seat cover was broken, I needed to lift it every time I used it. The tiles/floor in the shower area were very slippery. A power outage happened while I was taking a bath, and there were no single emergency lights in the room.

The water heater wasn't working. And the aircon was not getting cold. 😅 but the staff was nice enough to transfer us to another room the next day.
