Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

From the moment of arrival, it was evident that there were significant issues: • Check-in process: There were no clear check-in instructions, and the property was difficult to find as there were no visible signs. The provided contact number was unreachable despite several attempts to call. • Cleanliness: The property was not properly cleaned. The sink was dusty, the curtains appeared to have not been laundered for months, and the bathroom was poorly maintained with already-used toilet paper. This lack of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable. • Facilities: The sink and shower were broken, and the internet was unreliable throughout the stay. • Hospitality: The individual who assisted us was not particularly welcoming, which added to the discomfort.

Saudi ArabiaThe owner does not know that I booked 2 rooms even if i booked it through booking.com. They did not want to believe that I booked 2 rooms for the price I paid. I called many times to confirm my booking prior to my arrival and yet they made us wait for a long time to check in. We will only stay for a few hours and yet they did not know that ww are coming. The room is full of cockroaches, no amenities like tissues.
The receptionist is nice.

The place was clean, there is a kitchen with complete utensils if you want to cook. The closet space was also big, with its own fridge inside the room. Very accessible since it's located on the roadside. 10mins walk to grocery (Puregold) and a few steps to the nearest sari sari store. Grabfood and food panda is available if you want to have your food delivered. Very accomodating staff.
