United KingdomThere is no hot water. I took 5 showers at different points of the day on different days and not once did I get even a slightly warm one. If you don’t mind cold showers then it’s fine but if you are diving and need a warm one then it can be a bit tricky. I had to checkout 2 days early because I couldn’t take it anymore. The aircon is good but it’s very loud.
The staff were very friendly, the location was great and it was very reasonable price. The WiFi was also good.

United KingdomWater run out or didn’t work. Standard room very small and is out back of the hotel. Rooms shown in pictures are the deluxe rooms in main building not the standard sizes. Mattress so thin you could feel bed slats underneath mattress. In the middle of the night room light started flashing at random. They said it was bad earth connection when reported.

Czech RepublicThe room is a bit tiny for two travelers, lacking any shelves, we felt a bit cramped there. It keeps wet at all times. The shower has no partition from the rest of the bathroom.
The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Good location within walking distance to Alona Beach but still quiet.

My dogs kennel is better than the moon and bigger the TV did not work the mattress was as thin as a sheet of paper the air con sounded like a motorbike. Nowhere to hang anything up tap was wobbly you can't turn on lights from your bed you have to stumble in the dark no window no safe a bare wire hanging from the ceiling. Asylum seekers would not be housed in a squat like that. Unbelievable lies about the place.i filmed the room and no one believes it is open for business.

The location is within the centre or Panglao's urban fringe. Room is spacious for a family trip & vacay, and parking is provided for clients within the premise.

Cheap and cheerful place to stay. Stayed in a standard room for three nights, very basic facilities. Breakfast was included in the price though choice is limited. Best thing about our stay were the staff were very friendly and helpful. As long as you don't expect too much you won't be disappointed.

Location amazing. Room was clean and cosy. Staff soooo accommodating and security 24/7. Nice area to chill in lobby as well. Free brekky was very nice.

AustraliaThe staff were so friendly and went above expectations to make our stay comfortable - they noticed our tall heights on arrival and upgraded us to a room with a bigger bed. Breakfast was yummy. Location was walking distance to Alona Beach and other main tourist areas and tour pick up points. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC worked well, good wifi and hot water in the shower.
