Nothing much. WiFi is hit and miss but not really our main concern. We went there for holiday anyway, just some one off usage where I needed to join meetings.

Everything at Solea is superb! The food, amenities, and the hotel/resort in general. The price is good value for money. The kids love it! Everytime we go on holidays, we always ensure to book in Solea.

It could have been better if all the guests were given the complimentary coupons for the inflatables and other activities. We got three rooms (10 pax) but only half of us were given coupons. You have to pay if you want the inflatables.

The resort is beautiful . My family enjoyed our stay however location is not so accessible. It's in the inner part of a town or a residential area. People are just near the hotel entrance which is not so nice to look at. Breakfast is good. There's a lot of choices and staff were amazing.

I called to asked for drinking water and they said there is water station in the hallway, we looked and there is none, called again and they said they will bring water to our room and there was no water delivered. Soo thirsty.

Beach area is good but the beach itself is not.

Wi-fi is available everywhere, even at the beach area. Accomodating staff. Buffet was good, there are many choices.

There wasn't much to dislike, however, the guests next to us were noisy on back to back nights. We asked reception to intervene which they did in a timely manner

Great entrance lobby, very open and amazing to look at or walk into. My family and I loved the ambience and the friendly service offered by the staff during check-in and throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful.

The room we were in didn’t have a bidet. Shower gel dispenser is also empty. We requested for an adapter so we can use their iron but it took them over an hour to deliver it in our room. Nevertheless, we had a great stay as the resort has several pools to swim in and they clean it everyday. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.

everuthing was just amazing, just to point out that the water pressure from washroom push nozzle was very low

we liked pretty much everything including the staff, service, facilities, food, bed etc.

Every venue. coffee shop etc had overly loud music playing. often sound distorted due to poor speakers not being able to handle the volume. Difficult to find a quiet place to chill. Also breakfast buffet, all the food was cold and we were amoung the first there. They obviously tried to fill everything before first customers were in the door, but with a little planning they could have had hot food available.

Just option for food during breakfast. a bit pricey and for the taste some are good some are so so.

facilities such as pools were the best since there were a lot of options and rooms also, beds were big for a twin size which my husband and children loved. very spacious and clean. although I would suggest that lock on sliding doors shouldn't be placed were it's reachable especially for children and since most of the rooms are located in the upper floor. As for the food, it was okay but options are limited for 900 price range. anyways overall it was great and we would love to stay again some other time 💚
