Only 1 restaurant that had very little ambiance at night. It takes a long time to get there from the airport.

Very helpful staff and Peter the duty manager in particular. Great room with all the amenities, the washing machine was a real bonus. Lovely looking pool.

Turn key entry to the room instead of card.

Love the layout of the resort for a relaxing and restful stay both indoors and especially outdoors with numerous pools and easy access to the beach. Water pressure in the shower was very good with quick change of water temperature.

Location - far from restaurants and shopping. Room - view of the tree canopy, and nothing else. A room above the 6th floor would have been better. Breakfast buffet - limited selections, inattentive and poorly trained staff. One coffee machine and coffee in the carafes was not hot. Had to request salt and pepper instead of it being on the table. Foods at the buffet were not kept warm. Cold foods were sitting on dishes above the trays of ice, not on the ice.

When you step on the beach water the sand feels like mud.

Almost everything was fantastic except the beach. The beach sand is ok on the shore but not when you start stepping on the water. You can have more fun swim time on the dock area.

The way to the property is quite challenging, there is flooding in some parts and the roads are narrow. The property is also quite far from convenience stores and other restaurants.

Loved the breakfast selection. The property was well-maintained, spacious, and the ambiance was relaxing. The staff in the resort are attentive to your needs, and will go the extra mile just to make sure your needs are met.

“Still in the works”… so some areas had construction materials strewn alongside the pathways.

The one bedroom condotel had new and really cool airconditioning and so loved the wide bed and soft fluffy pillows!! 😀😀❤️

The wrist bands to access the pool, felt really annoying that we had to keep asking for them. Breakfast is okay, a la carte is expensive and only the pizza is worth trying. The apartment/hotel lacked personality and the toilet kept getting blocked. The fire alarm kept going off at all hours of the day and night waking us up.

The pools are beautiful and it wasn’t overcrowded which made the stay very pleasant. Well equipped gym. The space in the rooms were great. The amenities were really beautiful and felt tropical. Beach is okay, nothing grand but had a good selection of water sports

The room was just blunt and impersonal. It had a very small couch with the tv on the wall. The balcony had a pool view, indeed, but had two boxes of aircon occupying half of it and it never got that much sun. Also, the TV in the bedroom had no cable. So you either have Netflix and want to watch netflix, or you have no use for the TV in the bedroom. The shower cap was not working and, although it was quickly replaced, it's never a good feeling to be ready for a shower and having to call maintenance.

The pool area is amazing. Plenty of plants for shade, giving you the feeling of a natural environment. There's a pool bar for more party moments and other more quiet areas.

The pool table, ping pong table, volleyball ball court, bicycles and all that you advertise you have to pay to use. They should be included in the price of the stay. Also, the fact that the pool closed at 8pm on Sunday and it was a holiday weekend was not satisfying. Furthermore, you have so many pools but the guest can only use the one designated pool. To me that is false advertisement.

Breakfast was very good and the Restaurant Manager is a joy to work with. She was there to attend to our special needs if we had any. Also the girl that cooked the eggs was delightful and so helpful. Kudos to her!!!

We were a bit surprised to be staying in what seemed like an ex-apartment block to the side of the main resort area as the quality and style was quite different from the main area (the main area gives a great first impression and very high expectations for the rooms). However, we can't complain about the rooms themselves, the facilities and amenities were all great!

The staff, pools/beach/leisure areas, restaurants and poolside bar were all fantastic. The staff at the beach for the water activities like kayaking were brilliant
