The road is quiet challenging during rainy days. Definitely needs to be fixed by concrete or asphalt. But it's okay since I wanted to feel the province vibes so getting my feet wet and muddy should not be an issue =)

Very spacious, calming, relaxing, and even if we had booked the fan room, it isn't that hot during day time as air can pass through the window and front door. I like how I can move freely around, cook food, make a coffee, free water is available, walking distance to cloud 9 and other stores where I can easily buy stuff I need. So close to Andi and Philmar's house and their Kanaway Snack Bar where we got a chance to meet Andi. Near the bar hopping site and food hubs. They have a reliable internet connection. Excellent for work at home setup. Ate Arlene is very accommodating and very helpful in providing your needs. She helped us arrange our tours, motorcycle rent, and van to airport. Her boss answering my inquiry here in booking.com is very accommodating and responsive too. Such a great place to stay! And WORTH THE PRICE. So affordable!

Ate Arlene is really helpful and is available at all times for any queries. There were 3 of us and there were 2 good sized rooms, and aircon working fine in both rooms. We also got the room with balcony, sitting area and table provided in the balcony which is good.

The place looks really nice and is very spacious. The bed is big and comfy. We accidentally booked a fan room but it was not a problem since they provided two fans and it was quite cold at night. Ate Arlene is very accomodating and helpful. The location is perfect if you have to work because it is not too close to the center.

The dirt road that you have to pass through to get to the property can be challenging if it's raining. It's muddy and slippery so you really have to be careful. The check-out time is also a bit earlier than usual. I was told that I need to check out by 10:30 am because the other guest already arrived.

Good location - it's within walking distance to Cloud 9 surfing area. It also has kitchen facilities so you can cook if you're on a budget. The rooms are big as well.

Great for people who need internet. Barring power outages, the place is great for nomadic workers. It's quiet but near where the tourist attractions and cafes are. The caretaker is also very helpful and nice to deal with. People tend to extend their stay here like I did.

Nothing really. Perhaps the little road leading to the place gets muddy when it rains but that's not the owners fault. But sharing so people know what footwear to bring. Anyway, most people here walk around barefoot. :) It's an island. Chill

Met expectations so extended my stay. I think that shows you how nice the place is. Internet is important to me because I work remotely and the internet was great. I think because the Globe tower is just around the corner. You will like the quiet, privacy and seclusion. Not for those looking for a party place

Bugs. Loads of them and no matter how much spray you use they will be in your bed and on your stuff. We didn’t sit on the indoor sofa once due to the bugs and we still got bitten to shreds. The whole place needs a good clean as it smelt really bad when we were there, we had to clean a few things ourselves and ask for towels, bins etc to be changed on our first day due to the smell - power cuts and the fridge don’t help with this and the kitchen is missing some basic equipment. There were also rats running around the roof space which is not what you want to see when you’re sitting on the balcony. With a bit of love it could be a good place but, at the moment, I wouldn’t go back

It’s well located and spacious. There was free water included and there are cooking facilities, albeit basic. The host was responsive and Ate was helpful when required.

The bathroom and kitchen (including fridge) could do with a more thorough clean, but otherwise the facilities were sufficient. The room had no AC, which we didn’t realise but our fault. It was very hot being upstairs with only fans. The downstairs rooms have AC and I would suggest you book those.

The property was in a nice central location. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We recommend the motorbike rental place, safe helmets with appropriate paperwork. Shower pressure was good.

Its really disapointing, because the room was nice, but we had some big fat rats in our room and they destroyed our bags. We could hardly sleep because they where so loud and my girlfriend was really scared, that they ran all around the room, while we where sleeping. When I texted the landlord about it, there was no understanding or accommodation on his part. There are so many nice houses in General Luna, so I cant recomend this one.
