They have a pool which is great, but keep an eye out for your children as there is a suction drain in there which is very strong. This could be dangerous, so I hope they cover this up or get this fixed.

We transferred to this hotel as the previous hotel was not available for the dates. This is a great stay, however getting here you will need to contact them as it is tricky to get to with bags and children. They do provide a free tuktuk which is a bigger and fancier one that the usual ones that you are used to. We are greeted with drinks and a warm smile. They have a pool which is great, but keep an eye out for your children as there is a suction drain in there which is very strong. The view at the restaurant and pool is breath-taking. The surrounding areas for sari-sari stores and basic restaurants are great - very convenient. We felt safe walking around.

The bathrooms were small and there was mold along the shower floors and walls. The regular rooms my family stayed in were a little dark and had a view of a wall so couldn’t open the curtains to get light in.

No facilities tiny plunge pool limited space to sit and relax by the pool. Management are very poor they stuffed up every booking we made with them. There was no one to pick us up from the airport when we arrived despite having made a booking. Our private boat ride was not confirmed by the hotel which resulted in us having to scramble to find a tour on the day and list at least 2 hours of sailing time

When we arrived my wife was not well at all. We were an hour before check in but the manager, on seeing her condition, let us have a room immediately - thank you. So that gives an indication of the type of place - caring staff and pleasant rooms.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice! Nice location with a pool, far away enough from the middle of the city, which helped us to relax. But only 10 min walking to the centre. The hotel offers free tuk tuk, to get you there too. The breakfast were delicious. The room was nice and big enough. Next to the room we had a drinking water dispenser. The internet connection was ok. Beautiful and friendly place:)

Loved the location! You can walk on the beach off the property and walk to town (or ride their free tuk tuk when the tides allow). Gorgeous view! Property is updated and beautiful. Food at the resort restaurant was delicious and lots of other options nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay here again!

When we arrived they tried to get even more $$ out of us for extra bedding and breakfast even though we had already paid in full and they knew how many people we had booked the room for. One lady who worked at the front desk was hard and unkind about it. But once we involved management it was settled swiftly. It wasn’t a good way to be greeted at a hotel or good first impression. But after that we had a wonderful time and it is a beautiful location.

The view from our room was amazing. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. The restaurant staff were fabulous and nothing was a trouble for them.

Poor service at the restaurant by one specific server. Definitely did not receive resort-level service. After a horrible experience, we went to the restaurant at the hotel next door and received much better service. Also, would have appreciated communication from the resort regarding airport pickup options. Many guests arriving for other hotels had drivers waiting for them at the airport and we were left to fend for ourselves. Had they proactively communicated with us we could have been more prepared.

Great waterfront property with well-maintained grounds and spacious room. Particularly liked the individual casita with seating outside to enjoy the stunning view.

They were not efficent in arranging day trips or tours. Also, the tour company they used were inefficient and more costly. We had to arrange several tours on our own which turned out better for us. I would still recommend this place.

Nothing to do with the hotel and/or hotel staff but one night I was woken up at 4am by another guest playing their phone outside their room out loud at full volume. We also had a slight issue with our transfer to the airport at the end of our stay.

The location is a 10 minute walk from the town centre, which was perfect for us as it meant the location was peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially in the restaurant. Our room was very comfortable too and we had hot water in the shower.
