How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made my visit smooth and enjoyable. The entire place is well-kept. Unfortunately, the gym is small and the balcony of my room is located inside the building and very humid. No one can sit and enjoy the balcony. On the other hand, what I appreciated most was the location—very convenient and close to public transport, shops, and restaurants; and their transportation service. If you are booking a room, book a room with balcony facing an open space or the pool.

The room given to us was okay. It was just dark in the hallways as they do not have lights. The AC was not really cold, we have to wait for 30-45 mins to cool the room. Also, they charge for early check in for 200 per hour. They also WOULD NOT pack your breakfast even if you ask them to so that you can leave for your flight early. They have corkage for their restaurant area even though their menu is only limited and PRICEY. The food is pricey and yet their menu is basic and not that special. On the contrary, their room service is good. The hotel is very near the beachfront. It was our second time in this hotel.

The view from the room and there was a stench coming from the shower drain.
The staff was really helpful. Breakfast was okay it is limited though. Easy check in and out.

I requested for a room coz we wanted a room w/ a smart tv so we can watch our fave online game. Anyway, we are given d previous room we had last October, an old room w/ an old tv & stinky barhroom 😩 Breakfast was great, I’m just wondering why they can’t give in to a simple request, I wanted bread instead of rice in one of their set meals 😩 About d Drinking Water - we’ve been to 4star to cheapest hotels, drinking water was never a problem, they have water dispenser every floor, in this hotel u need to ring to request water to drink in a pitcher, it’s a hassle 😩 Staff - teach them to smile, some days are not great but when u see people smiling at u, it changes everything! 😊 I understand how hard their work are, maybe some kulitan makes their work a little lighter, but they MUST also be aware that rooms are not sound proof. We were there to have some rest from our super toxic world back in NCR, housekeeping staffs made a lot of noise & it disturbed us from our naps during noon (i think 3/5 days that we’re there) 😩 Street/Pathway - I believe it is No Smoking on Public Places around Boracay, we needed to cover our nose everytime we walk there, I hope they can report that to authorities for some appropriate actions, nakakasira ng fresh air! 😩

The pool was a bit smaller than I thought. Many children were there, so we didn't enjoy it, we preferred to go to the beach.
I like the breakfast and the location. Also, the staff was very helpful with the transportation and the bag storage.

Had a slight concerning sound and smell suddenly in the room. We called for the maintenance personnel and it was said it was from a generator from a nearby. I hope they are able to seal the room moving forward. But all else is good!

We were woken up in the morning by construction noises going on on the upper floor of ours. It was unexpected but they should have warned us about it. The room was also not getting cooler.
It’s location was just a few minute walk to the beachfront and other restaurants.

Accommodating and courteous staff. Welcome drink is much appreciated upon arrival. Theys take time to explain all hotel rules. You will be assisted to your room by one of the staff. Comfortable, well lit and and clean room. Check in and.check out is easy. Breakfast is also good.

from beach front walking into narrow lane to the hotel is bit dark at night, bit of lighting will help.

First upon checkin we got a room near pool , there was a bathroom stinky , and got issues with my room. But I called reception and on other day they changed my room so I can’t say a bad word I was satisfied overall with the hotel
Location close to lake , D’mall station 1and 2 beaches ,and back beach is maybe 10min walk . I think it’s good hotel at good price clean rooms and good bed. Breakfast variety is big you can eat each day something new

Flooded road going back to the hotel . Not nice if it’s raining. Hotel needs to cater customers checking out early a good pack breakfast as they provide us egg sandwich only. No coffee at the lobby .
