I would appreciate a small area where you can stretch your body with some small gym equipment. Even they have startlink connection was really bad I would use dedicated networks and separate them from customers and office.

The area is clean, staff are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. In my opinion the prices are bit higher according the Philippines, but in total worth it. Clean pool area, crystal sea.

Could do with a little more shade around and in the pool. The food in the restaurant was not great and we only ate there out of necessity.

This place had a really lovely relaxed feel to it. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and just wandering around the resort. We didn’t go snorkeling in the water straight off the resort but spoke to a couple who did and they got to see 4 turtles!

The only thing I didn't like was that our rooms, granted it was a large party requiring 5 bedrooms, were not really in close proximity to each other as requested.

Breakfast was definitely a great great plus. Not only was it delicious but there was ample staff to assist on anyone's needs. Needless to say, the resort had a superb staff!!!

Not much to do apart from dive and canyoneering. Food options are not brilliant if you’re a picky eater.

Property is 100 percent one of the nicest in the area. It has everything you may need,backpacking etc, 3-4 hour drive in traffic to the hotel via airport.

Asked for towels multiple times, but they never arrived. They don’t change sheets even if they are dirty. Reception staff not outwardly friendly or helpful.

Nicely looked after, dive centre run very well and snorkelling location awesome.

Bathroom wasn't good, especially considering the price of the rooms. Also the activities that are provided through the resort are much more expensive than what you could get through other ways and also the taxi prices the hotel offers are much more expensive than if you would arrange a taxi for yourself. Personally I think a hotel should try to find the best option for the customer and not the option that gets as much money into their own pocket by using expensive connections and scamming tourists.

Beautiful, a lot of facilities, close to the beach, nice swimming pool and friendly staff.

Staff at check in desk weren’t very helpful. Wasn’t happy with the room we booked so asked to change, even to pay more if necessary. They said it was all booked so couldn’t change. Went online and showed a room available. Spoke with manager who couldn’t have been more helpful. Changed room without quibble. Remainder of the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Lovely and quiet. Very clean. Next to the beach. Lovely food.

The road outside the hotel needs some serious attention, as a successful hotel I think it’s time to invest in improving your local area. Also, the breakfast had VERY limited choices.

Great place to stay especially for diving, the on site dive shop team are wonderful and we would highly recommend them. The grounds are very well kept and the room was lovely and spacious.

Had all things I needed and none of what I didn’t need - perfect spot to do some diving and chill out by the pool the rest of the time. Everything is close, very relaxing. The room is somewhat basic but it was good enough for me.

The shower could’ve had a better water pressure, but it didn’t dampen my mood too much. Also, the breakfast choice could have a wider range of choices, there were only four and these didn’t change throughout my 5 night stay which meant that due to many dietary restrictions I ate the same thing every morning.

The property is located in a quiet area, away from crowds and on the edge of the ocean. You can go straight to dive, snorkel or swimming from the resort’s private beachfront and see amazing underwater life. Also, in case you book the right room, you can see the ocean and Mountain View’s from your balcony, like i did. It was really something and worth the extra money. The resort also has a pool which is a real good to relax either inside the pool or on the loungers after a day filled with activities. And whichever activity you want, if you’re looking for convenience, then the resort can arrange it for you, which was just perfect. Walk to the city where all the shops and restaurants are was 20minutes, 10 minutes with a taxi. But the also have a bar and restaurant onsite, which offers different options if you just wanna stay inside the resort.

Need to tune expectation, this is not your standard 4 star hotel, it is more of an RV experience, especially the shower and toilet. Location is not as close as you may think, and they charge for a ride to the town.

The staff was nice and the pool was good as well.

The location is a little far from the main street.

The design of the hotel, in general, is excellent. It is cozy, homey and comforting. The bartender makes a really good cocktails and is attending to ones needs and liking. The food are sumptuous and well plated. Best snorkling spot with gears for rent at a very reasonable price.
