I did not to hear russian language from staff when you’re coming from Ukraine. Parquet was squeaking in the next room, that’s why had to wake up earlier.

Location is amazing. Close to the downtown, great view. It was great to leave stuff in locker for almost a whole day.

The bed frame shaking, is very noisy when the upper bunk bed turn and toose, total 2 bathroom + 1 toilet, one bathroom is come with toilet, some guest took very long to occupied the toilet, I wait almost half an hour, I even approach the reception to knock the toilet door to check with the guy who occupied the toilet, I think he is using the phone inside the toile..

The squeaky bed

Very central location by The Barbican and Florian gate right by the old town. 10mins walk from Kraków Glówny central station where you can get direct train to the airport and Wieliczka salt mine cave. The hostal is lovely and quite new. Super clean and appreciate the basic breakfast. I stayed in the 4 bed female dorm which was very comfy with lockers, shelves to put things and nice window view. They provide nice bedding linen and best of all it's quiet.

Good service and the location is great. You go out of the Hostel, and already in Centre. The beds and sheets are also clean, as well as bathrooms. So yeah, would say 9/10

the window is broken. you could hear the noise and the vehicles outside. I wish the owner would consider to improve the toilet and shower.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Some bunk beds had two beds. Mine was one and thin. Therefore, it was very uncomfortable. Also iron bunk beds make a lot of noise. It makes excessive noise when you move, it is impossible to sleep, especially if there is someone in the down bed of the bunk. I also stayed in a room for 10 people for the first time. Overcrowded, so the noise was not missing for 24 hours, people are very incomprehensible. And it’s getting so stuffy.

The location is excellent and close to the old town. The staff is good and helps with everything.

The address of the apartment is different from the Hostel. It is about 5 min walk from the Hostel. You need to register first at the hostel and get the keys. If you arrive after 10 pm, an instruction will be given to you on the day of your arrival where to get the key. But you still need to go to the hostel the following day to check-in. It would be good to have a staff that does the check in at the apartment building since there are staff there who does the breakfast. Also, it would be good to mention all these in your profile.

The location is walking distance to the bus/tram stop, Galleria Mall and the old city. It is also close to the fresh market. The apartment is clean and the bed is very comfortable. They are very responsive to inquiries. There is also a variety of breakfast meal.

the doors were loud, the beds (metal, squeaking bunks ) were loud, lights extremely bright in the common space, which woke you up when someone came in the room, along with the door sounds. no good common space to hang out if you wanted to meet others. how ever for the price and location still good value

Toilet and shower room couldve been better

The location is super top, less than 10 min walking distance from train station, directly across the old town, and next to tram station. Hundred of restaurants and stores were around. I stayed in a 4-bed dormitory room, and it was really spacious. There was also a washbasin inside the room, so I didnt need to go to the shower room to wash hands or face. Internet connection was fast and reliable.

We had to use the single toilet in the hallway and it really surprised me because I through there were more. This way you had to wait for it to empty, it was clean though, however keep it in mind! Also the showers were okay, but I still used my flip flops when I showered:)

The rooms and beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had everything, including free breakfast between 8 and 10 a.m. (unfortunately we didn't make use of it because we feft earlier). It was really welcoming and cozy. Also it is super value for money! Our roomies were perfect (6bed women dorm)!! Highly highly recommend!

Quite small spaces, the room, the toilet and especially the kitchen for so many people, but it was fine. It doesnt change my overall impression of the hostel, which is very good.

I stayed in the 12 bunks room and didn't appreciate it much. It was too crowded but the worst part was the noise and comfort for the beds. Every time someone moved the whole bunk sounded and the mattresses were very old and uncomfortable.

The location was great. Very close to town center which makes it very convenient. Easy way to get in and out at any time. For the low price it was ok. Breakfast was very simple but good.

Breakfast did sometimes run out when it got later and the surrounding walls weren't great for shielding sound outside of the room.

There should be more showers and toilets, because sometimes a line would form during mornings or evenings. Only two toilets and three shower stalls serve the entire hostel. Towels are not provided free of charge. Also, beds have no curtains and you need to put your bed linen yourself. The floor in most of the hostel is squeaky, which is especially annoying if somebody moves around the room at night. In my experience, the hostel is not very sociable, which is helped by the fact that there is no real common area.

The great advantage of the hostel is its location, as it's pretty close to the city center. The room is spacious, since they didn't cram more beds than needed, which is worthy of praise. Wi-Fi is alright and breakfast is included in the price. Although kind of basic, the breakfast is sufficient and a nice addition. Luggage storage after check-out is allowed.

The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable. The line to the bathroom is not too long, it's okay. Sometimes there might not be hot water in the shower, just tepid warm.

The hostel corresponds to its price. The location is a great aspect - right in the thick of everything. They really try to keep the hostel clean, always tidying it up, which is appreciated. In general - it's okay, but I wouldn't recommend a long stay.
