How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It took a while to have hot water on the 2nd floor, but then it was really hot.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, great location, big room.

The room was little bit cold and the blanket (cover) was a little bit short for me (1.80).
Nice place. Basic furniture. Clean. The parking is very helpful if you travel by car.

The location is near to the train stations and buses. The receptionist are so kind and accommodating she also speak english. We enjoyed are stay here and we have a nice and clean room. Thumbs up for this place.

Bring your own shampoo. If you have mobility issues, please note there is no elevator. Breakfast was extra and very limited.
Old style tourist hotel very close to the railway station. Recently refurbished room. Basic, but very clean. Attentive and polite staff. Good value for money. Felt safe for a solo female guest.

Parking is a little tight. Wasn't sure I'd get past the SUV parked beside the house. But there was more space than it looked. And luckily I was in a small car too
Location was great! Good distance from town and the trails/gondola up the mountain. Place was very clean and had all the main kitchen things you need to cook up a decent dinner. Bathroom is very modern and clean too

No ventilation/exhaust fan in the bathroom. Some other guests were a little noisy but not too bad.
Location was good, everything was within walking distance. Even though the reception staff couldn't speak English check in was easy.

In the morning you must close the windows because a noisy from close road. Our room was visibly older.
Good location near the bus station and the city center.

There was no warm water. Tv is tiny compared to the distance from the bed. Matras was too soft but that's personal.
Nice old stylish villa located near train station with private parking space. Easy acces. Reception desk with friendly staff open 24/7. You can buy some water at the reception. Room was basic but clean. Bathroom looks modernized but unfortunately there was no warm water during my stay. The blinds are not covering the lights. Didn't have breakfast because of an early flight. This is a safe and good place for backpackers or travellers on a low budget. It's just a 5 minute walk from the train and bus station and 10 minutes to the city center (rynek).

Furniture is old.
Clean, warm and quiet. Nice bathroom. I rested and warmed up on a cold rainy autumn day. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room is on the third floor near the common bathrooms, and on the weekend, noisy guests can give it the feel of a summer camp -- but by Sunday all was quiet again. One of the mattresses was way too soft, the other bed had a sheet with small tears.
Nice old building close to the bus/train station and to the center, very bright room, friendly staff, good value.

The windows had see through drapes and the room was east facing, so the room got quite bright at 5am and very hot (like 10’C hotter than the hallway), so it was very hard to sleep past that time. I’d strongly suggest to put drapes that block sunlight so that one can sleep in

suprisingly poor interior/quality of the rooms compared to the overall class of the building. More like for a cheap school trip than a "hotel". And even in low cost and "basic" style they could do so much better.
