UkraineI love Hilltol, but not this time! Dear owners, 5 stars is not about this hotel!!! During the check-in, my wife noticed an unpleasant smell. He was not strong and we did not attach much importance to this. Moreover, we came to see Wroclaw and were not going to stay at the hotel. But on the morning of the 3rd day of our stay, the unpleasant smell turned into a decomposition smell of decay. We contacted the receptionist Anna. A cleaner came to us and offered to spray an air freshener) We refused - after all, the smell of decomposition cannot be eliminated without finding the source of decay. Of course, I understand that there were 3-4 hours left before our departure and it was easier for the hotel workers to wait until we left than to resolve the issue. But, what was it like for us to spend the remaining time in the room smelling like a slaughterhouse? In general, the impression of the Hilton was spoiled(((

IrelandIt was so noisy at night. Between 12-2am on Friday night there was constant noise that sounded like heavy furniture being dragged across the floor. Reception thought it was the bar below us on the ground floor so had no control over it. They moved us to a different room for the Saturday night at least.

Each time we visited it was an inconvenience for them to give us towels as they were always on their phones. Some of the reception staff showed complete disinterest. United Kingdomthe staff are absolutely miserable no one smiles no one goes out there way to greet you in the corridor and when using using the bar or breakfast there waiting to clear you off like taking the cushions in lights etc in the outside area even though there open till 1am and this was done 11pm in the heat . also when arriving to room midnight no bedding on the bed and when complained had to wait till morning .
the hotel and facilities are amazing the gym is well equipped and the food is nice

CanadaI chose the hotel due to the spa amenities. The pool was super cold and the jacuzzi was out of service. My room was not cleaned properly, not vacuumed once in 6 night. Very poor attention to detail for the Hilton. My parking card had to be validated each day, which was super inconvenient. I was also charged for breakfast when breakfast was included. When I asked to remove the charge, I was told a manager has to do it, and no manager is available. The execuative lounge was a nice touch but only had vegetarian options 2 evenings. This, I would think, would be a cheap and easy solution.

PolandSwimming pool - absent lifeguard, flooded floor (you basically walk ankle-deep in water), very small swimming pool and one small jacuzzi in a small space. Poor fitness equipment selection. I wish the staff was trained to go extra mile and to deal with difficult client (observed a supervisor not being able to handle complaining customer). In a delux room no possibility to open a window.

The bathrobes were thorn, there were no towels at the pool and had to go back to my room for robes which meant covering a huge distance due to the awkward layout of the hotel... Terribly inconvenient. Will neither use again, nor will recommend to anyone.

GermanyYou couldn't pay in Euro. The rooms are outdated and not at all welcoming. Not possible to open the window in room 122, the air was very bad. A few stains on the blankets as well as on the iron and iron table. Not enough artificial lighting. The room felt suffocating.

RomaniaThe pictures are misleading, the big gym in the photos isn't what the hotel gym looks like, the hotel gym is actually very small and only has a few treadmills and dumbbells. The gym in the photo belongs to "Holmes Place" and entry is 30zl/day.
The hotel is very well built, beds are comfortable and breakfast is good. Wifi is fast although connection could be better, you will get disconnected every few hours from the endpoint. Pool/jacuzzi is also good.

JapanNOT a 5 star hotel at all! Horrible caffe, empty mini bar with a note that if I need anything I need to go by myself and pick it up, no make up removal or ear sticks. Shower gel and shampoo connected to the walls like in a low cost hotel so no one can steal it or what is the reason? Horrible small at the ground floor toilets! At the breakfast I asked staff to move my plate outside since tables were available and I heard from waitress “From what I know you have to do it yourself! I was shocked also overhearing other waitress using “ku…” word out loud. Zero manners staff!
