The room we got was very small and didn't resemble what can be seen in the listing. The bathrooms were not always clean and one of the showers lacked any place to put your belongings (no hook, no stool). Two out of the three bathrooms were also very small.

The room was quite clean and the staff was very friendly. The location is superb, just a few steps away from the main square.

I was put in an apartment in a separate building where the WiFi was not working. I raised this on my first day and 4 days later it was still not working, I had to renew my phone data multiple times to stay in touch with family.

Wasn't able to get more than about 2.5h of sleep overnight because apparently the bar situated in the same building does nothing to stop people from yelling and screaming past 2am. After that was woken up by garbage collection, deliveries to the businesses and then what I'm assuming was unloading and organizing arrived goods that took a few hours sometime between 5am and 8am. On top of that there is no air conditioning so you need to pick between being cooked or opening the window and have noises from the street be even louder. It feels like a hostel there doesn't really make sense unless you are deaf or blackout drunk.

I wish I had listened to the reviews about how loud it was. Even with the windows it was unbearable. You don’t usually have to sleep in a private room with ear plugs but we were above a night club.

Beds were a little narrow, so we were afraid to fall from the bed during sleep. The room was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which was a little uncomfortable to get there with a suitcase. In the apartment were 2 rooms, and when people from the other room left, the bathroom was not cleaned after them.

Location was perfect. It wasn't so hot despite hot weather outside.

The part of the hotel we stayed in this time was above a nightclub. Saturday evening into Sunday morning was very loud. We did wonder why ear plugs were placed next to the tea and coffee in the room. There was only one curtain covering then window, so when the club had stopped the sunlight came through. When asked about the second curtain it was a straight no. Very disappointed.

An excellent location literally seconds from the main square. Approx 15 minute walk from the station.

1)huge noise in SZEWSKA street through the whole nights, truly till the mornings! 2)oppressive language of THE REGULATIONS a guest need to sign prior to get the keys: many times mentioned financial punishments (particular amount of money) for crossing the rules. No ‘welcoming’ phrases written, just potencial punishments. Externally surprising and not appropriate. 3)How property is going to take responsibility for the location in the middle of the noise of the ‘never sleeping Crocow’?

The floors were dusty. My main concern was a very weak internet- without TV in the room and very slow WI Fi it was a bit strange. An additional door separating the bedroom from the hallway would keep noise from neighbors at bay. Please clean the dust covered fan

What breakfast? But i am glad there was an electric tea pot. Location was super central and convenient , very noisy. Harassment on the street for strip clubs, drinking etc.

This hostel was a nightmare. Despite my flight being delayed, the manager refused to accommodate a late check-in. The managers inflexibility and lack of empathy left me stranded and frustrated which resulted in paying additional money for a separate hotel for a night. In addition, after checking out - you cannot leave your bags behind before 10AM.

Ladies at reception were nice. Great location as its in old town and near a tram stop.

The noise from the nightclubs in both the building complex and from the street was insane - ear plugs didn’t even block out the noise. The room was boiling hot - radiator did not turn off and there was also no dial to adjust it. Although the location was amazing, the building itself did not feel safe.

The noise is not coming from the busy street where is located but the hostal is ON TOP one a NIGHTCLUB which is NOT stating in the accommodation details. The walls tremble thanks to the clubs music. Reception person was useless and manager with very poor manners. COULD NOT SLEEP UNTIL 4 am

Worst place I've ever stayed in all my travels. We arrived at reception and they gave us 4 keys, they said the room was in another building and they gave us the address. Arriving at this place, it was simply a horror movie set, dirty, dark, with no elevator and horrible stairs. Upon entering the room we noticed that the pillows were super small, they looked like sofa cushions. Lots of cobwebs and dust. There was only one heater button but you couldn't see where it was installed and the room was cold all night. The worst part for me was the bathroom, it had a horrible smell of piss, I couldn't take a shower because I couldn't stay in the bathroom. In the middle of the night, at 2am, the intercom rang, I wonder why there is an interphone in a room when the reception is in another building. The building is so old with such bad acoustics that it seems like it is on the street, the noise is unbearable. The hotel provides ear protection as the noise is so loud.

The maintenance cupboard is located next to these two rooms , and every single morning from as early as 6am there was continuous traffic of cleaners in and out of the cupboard, hundreds of keys jingling , it’s like fort knocks getting in to the building anyway with locks on all doors and it was constant until about 11am . I ended up getting angry at the two men who entered on the second morning because I was furious that we were being disturbed so much. I actually cannot believe they have such a system and rent out rooms to people right next to their cleaning cupboard . Now i know why they supply ear plugs . They obviously have a lot of rooms they rent out across the area and it all falls in to this section for cleaning. The rooms don’t look anything like the photos anymore . It was just basic , one pillow, the duvet cover was too small and had to wear socks to bed as my feet hang out . They have a small kettle and tea and coffee but you have to buy your own milk, with no fridge to keep it in. Towel supplied is the size of a hair towel but you do get some shower gel and soap supplied on arrival which I always appreciate . Photos are supplied if that helps

The location was perfect and initially I liked that the two rooms we had booked were the only two rooms on the first floor as we had both rooms and didn’t have to share bathroom with anyone else. Shower power was fantastic but you do have to crouch down to get under it as it’s not extendable and is for 4ft people which is difficult being 5ft6

the pillows were extremely uncomfortable more like cushions. the hairdryer that was in my room blew up while i was using it, the walls were paper thin, could hear everything in the room next door. the shower was only hot for a couple of minutes then would be freezing cold for about half an hour later.

it was in the square, within walking distance to everything, the room was modern and clean. the tv was a bonus too.

First the reception is not very helpful. I have booked one room and week later our family decided to go with us, wanted to add extra room. Now as we find out hotel have 2 locations we been in to different rooms far away from each other. Also it’s not a place to go if you like your night sleep. Noises all night long, people parting which I get it’s students however wasn’t ready to walk outside and see blood all over the snow, don’t think anyone is. Internet worked only if you lucky and sit in the right place in your room. Duvet and towels were dirty, as well as pillows. We found 50p coin on the sheet which clearly shows that bedding wasn’t changed. We had 1 tiny pillow each per person to sleep at and 1 towel each, no hand towels in the bathroom only paper ones. However how I’m supposed to wash my hair and body and use 1 towel? We did ask the receptionist to change the pillows and for extra towels but the time they did it we were about to leave next morning. The only good thing was that the heating actually worked. Very poor furnished.

I liked the location of the property but that would be it.
