It wasn't a big issue for me but its location (a couple of kilometres outside the city centre in a well- to- do residential area ) may not suit everyone, but it is well served by frequent buses D ,111,116,121,131,151 and a night bus 241 ( free local travel for all travellers 65 plus )and taxis are reasonably priced .

A really good value hotel with a delicious breakfast included. Spacious ,warm comfy room with en suite facilities and a free safe deposit box .

35zl per night for parking the motorcycle was unreasonable.

Location next to the river path for an easy 15 minute walk to the tram stop. Modern facility, extensive breakfast buffet and dinner at the bistro was good.

Extra charge for parking with no other option, when arrived. I would rather pay extra when booking, than doing this strange way. Squeaky bed sheet.

It's a bit out the centre. But connections are good even if you not on the car.

There was a kettle in the room with tea but not coffee. The location is very pleasant but might not suit tourists to the city although the walk from the tram stop (number 9, 15-20 minutes from the main station) was lovely along the quiet river, far from the traffic and crowds.

Hotel Gem is a typical sports/conference type hotel. Modern, clean and with good service. Check in was quick and the reception staff friendly and efficient. The room was large and comfortable with good wifi. Bathroom had everything you would need with a good shower. I got to breakfast early so everything was warm and fresh. Good choice of food for all tastes.

It's a hotel in a sports center, a bit further away from Wroclaw main attractions (however, we had tickets to a concert at Hala Stulecia and we easily walked there through very pretty parks, so not that far really). It was extremely clean, breakfast had a lot of choice and was tasty. It's right next to the river, perfect for a morning walk/jog. Overall, a great choice for very reasonable money.

Maybe some extra non sparkling water can be improved but the staff was friendly and helpful while we were there. A colleague left his Apple Key board and I called a few times afterwards to no avail. Also sending a mail isn't helping. That's a pity

The vehicle entrance to the hotel was tricky to find as it was around the back of the hotel. Parking was extra even though there was plenty of room.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of variety and lots of room in the dining area. The rooms were air-conditioned and had kettle to make hot drinks. Location was central to most areas that you'd like to visit. Plenty of parking on site.

Really good breakfast. Regarding getting there, parking is good, but it§s a little bumpy ride to get there. We always took the taxi to the center, which costs really nothing, so we didnt need any public transport connections.
