- main entrance was always opened, there was no need to use key or code - no hangers for jackets and coats in the room - no small lamps behind beds - only one surface for cooking, which I've seen only twice in the kitchen - pillow and blanket are very thin - dusty under beds, probably was cleaned there long time ago

Great location near the city center and public transit. 8-bed dorms may have a few long-term guests, but everyone minds their own business and it feels safe. Everything is quite clean.

Am curious as to why there is no curtain on the window to block out the morning light

I would stay here again! - nice rooms - easy walking distance to old town (once you figure out where it is) and also very close to big mall - bathrooms were clean for number of people using them - friendly young receptionist guy - luggage storage - I found the bed comfortable - felt very safe Overall really enjoyed this stay compared to other hostels. I was in a female only room which I believe helped.

there was no individual light in each bed making it hard to regulate things. the space was cold, the radiator was only on during the night and not strong enough to make the room feel warm. the window in the bathroom was also broken and open all the time making the bathroom very cold and not allowing the bedroom to be warm and cosy. the kitchen/common area provided doesn't allow you to cook, there is only a microwave and a kettle (that is full of calcium accumulation).

The location was great, and the price was very low. It was near the train and the old town. There was a locker for every bed, but the beds and lockers were not clearly identified. there was a spacious bathroom inside the bedroom and one right outside. Unfortunately, the bathroom did not have a single hanger for the towel. I was provided with an extra blanket when I asked and the bed was comfortable. there were plugs near my bed. there was also supermarkets and shopping centre super near.

Entry hall and our room needs attention and DIY work. It was a bit off putting to come to a dark, unfinished reception right at the start of our visit, which is a shame, because staff is lovely. Our room looked pretty nice at first glance but kitchenette cupboards where dirty and we felt we absolutely have to wash every piece of cutlery there. Almost every electric socket was either loose or naked. Bathroom needs attention, as current ventilation isn't effective and for some reason floor was constantly wet in there, even when we first arrived. It could be for the fact of malfunctioning ventilation and a mop head that definitely needed an upgrade. I appreciate it is a low budget accommodation, and in some areas it exceeded my expectations, hence a high scoring, yet most of mentioned issues are either easy to resolve (cleanliness) or presents danger for visitors (constantly wet bathroom floor, electric sockets)

Hostel's location is amazing, a walking distance from City Centre, main bus, train and coach stops, really easy to commute from and to the hostel. Right next to it is a mini market where I could buy pretty much everything I needed for breakfasts, snacks etc. Staff member we met was really kind, helpful and approachable. We've got an unexpected room upgrade for no extra charge, which was awesome. Room was ready for us straight away, with fresh, clean bedding on.

Downsides: - no nightstand - one bed very noisy and feels like is going to fall apart - short blanket/duvet - no cooker/ electric plates to cook a meal in a kitchen, so no idea what for are cooking dishes present - dirty microwave - incredibly dirty water kettle, so much build up stone inside- couldn't even scratch it off. - a little stained bedsheets and visibly old bed sets - spiderweb with a spider right over a desk - no mirror in a room - all tap in a bathroom covered in scale or something - no mop or anything to dry up the bathroom after shower - no bin in a kitchen or bathroom(?!) Very overpriced in comparison to other countries

Upsides: - warm and bright room - bigger than expected from the ad - one of the beds comfortable - very close to the city centre 10 min walk - Decent modern furniture - ok kitchen with large fridge - a lot of sugar, tea, cups, plates and cooking dishes - nice modern shower and no limit of hot water

The rooms weren't too clean, there was a lot of dust on the floor. My locker's door had one broken hinge.

It's a good budget option with a good location close to the city center. There is an all-female room available with its own bathroom. There were many electric sockets. The receptionists were nice and I could check-in a little ahead of time.

The bathroom I stayed in could do with a shower curtain or doors with it being a shared room and also towels or bathmat so the floors don't get soaked as much for the safety of all guests in shared rooms.

Each room comes with its own locker so you can store your valuables away so it's not stolen by others since it's a shared room. Also bed was comortable enough for the one night I stayed.

Beds are not really coasy. Water remains in the shower cabin when you are showering. Also light goes out when you take shower.

Not the cleanest kitchen, shower in my room was leaking, and bathroom had a smell. Also VERY COLD. No place to put your things near bed (mini-shelves would be a solution), not all the beds had plugs nearby.
