How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The stuff are always look grumpy and upset and need to be trained to have smile on their faces . I saw nothing negative from them beside grumpy faces and if they ask them for help they were helpful .

Perfect location for visiting the Bosch plant and perfect stay would visit again with wife next time as the city is lovely

I left a bottle of wine in hotel they didn’t give it back
I lost my shaving machine they gave it back .

Music from the club opposite could be heard from the room until the early hours of the morning on Friday and Saturday which would not be good for a light sleeper.
Room was large and well appointed. The view of the river was an added bonus. Breakfast was good and and had a large choice of items. Staff were friendly.

The girl at check in wasn't pleasant, we arrived at 1am so maybe she was tierd, looked annoyed. The bathroom tap was hanging off the wall for the bath and there was mould on the ceiling
Good location to the City Centre, few bakeries and shops across the road which were handy for essentials

The breakfast wasn’t the best . The coffee was really bad , the fruits weren’t fresh. For a four stars hotel , I would expect something better. Many employees couldn’t speak English (mostly the receptionists could do it ).

The gym is just a room with a few gym pieces of equipment and the spa is just a sauna. Breakfast was good, but it was expensive. The AC in the room couldn't heat up the room to more than 18C.
The Hotel is a stone's throw from Vroclaw Center. It took us only 15 min walking to get there. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good.

GOOD LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WITH EASY ACCESS TO THE CENTER ON WALK. PUBLIC TRANSPORT STOPS IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL. POSSIBILITY OF PARKING. VERY DELICIOUS AND VARIED BREAKFAST.

One minor point was that a screw was missing from the shower bracket so it wasn't pointing straight at you but it was easy enough to just hold the shower head instead.
Everything was great about this hotel the breakfast was a big choice and well presented and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Parking was a little disappointing. Quite narrow if you have a bigger car. The interior of the rooms should be updated.

Restaurant was pricey, but the food was good.
Location was perfect, everything within walking distance. Staff was amazing! Housekeeping, bar, restaurant, front desk, they were all lovely!

the towels were changed upon request, very little soap, and the cleaning takes from 9.00 to 16.00 which is a very big period so if you went to the hotel before 16.00 your room wasn't ready (on the 4th floor). the rooms around can be noisy because the walls are not made of bricks. The breakfast for nearly 15 euros each was quite expensive so we chose to eat breakfast from local shops around the hotel.
The location is perfect which was the main factor of our stay, and the 24-hour reception was very helpful.
