I was asked to pay twice for my room when it had been pre-paid. I was also told that they do not have an available room, but if I paid $10.00 they would arrange for me to have a room so I could start using it 1,5 hours earlier.

More energy and laughter at the from desk. Hey, it's 2023, not 2001 :) - let's enjoy the fact that Covid is over and we can travel again. I don't quite understand why the invoice for the stay can't be issued on the day of check-in - it's important to remember to pick it up and not forget about it.

In the past I had very negative and unpleasant memories of staying in Ibis hotels in Poland. I was shocked to see how positively Ibis has changed. I'd definitely recommend Ibis in 2023 - Ibis breakfasts used to be disgusting, but now they're a model of a good breakfast. The coffee from the machine is not still at an acceptable level, but everything else is great! Well done, Ibis! Keep it up!

Didn't find anything other than having kettle in room, which would have made it better.

I had a room with full length window with an excellent view of the Railway station and a nice 30 minute walk to the main square.The room was large, clean, neat and tidy. Breakfast had a large choice of hot and cold food. Tea and coffee was available 24hours in the lobby. The 106 bus to the airport stopped outside the hotel, frequent service for less than £1. Would stay again next time I am in Wroclaw.

Hard to find for a traveller, as main entrance was closed, no IBIS signs from main street, only from backstreet. You have to go/drive around the quarter, looking for an entrance.

Very modern and clean hotel. Right outside the train and coach station. I liked the view over towards the square/station. Free coffee from a machine in reception. Breakfast was good.

There was no way to cool down the room, the temperature of 22 degrees Celsius is way to high to sleep comfortably

- The bed of the bed couch was squeaky. - Note that it still takes around 20 minutes to walk to the city center.

- We were able to check in early in the morning. - Good blackout curtains and the room was quiet at night. - Daily cleaning including 4 water bottles and clean towels. Room was clean. - Near the train station and trams. - Near the Wroclavia shopping center and aquapark. - Very extensive breakfast buffet including pancakes, salads, cakes, eggs, sausages. - Staff gave a free breakfast package because we left too early for breakfast on our last day. - The Czary Mary restaurant of the hotel offers good food at a favorable price. - Hotel helped to arrange airport shuttle. - Wi-Fi was good. - Reception is open 24 hours. - Room offered nice view of the train station. Break fast room also offers a nice view with floor to ceiling windows. - Hotel offer value for money and I would book again.

Stayed here several times. Across the road from the station - also Wroclavia shopping centre, and bus stop to the airport!

Nothing to dislike

Beautiful hotel spotlessly clean nice breakfast and about 15 min walk to rynek Square. Tea and coffee facilities in the lobby area a nice touch
