The lock on the entrance door was a bit tricky to open and not from the first try.

Good spot for a quick stay in Wroclaw. Check in is without personal interaction, as well as check out. Even though it is a hostel, it felt like a separate room in a hotel or apartment. As a bonus there is a great vegan restaurant just around the corner. The room was clean, bed and bathroom were also good. Recommend!

Very, very cramped/tiny room and bathroom. No ventilation. The window overlooks the dumpster (yes, really). No coffee filters in the kitchen.

Location OK. Clean rooms. Shared fridge, basic kitchen. WiFi. Self checkin and checkout (automatic locks etc).

We couldnt enter the room which we reserved (n° 1) because the box containing the key didnt open with the code provided in the email. We couldnt receive assistant because it was midnight and noone answered the phone. Eventually we noticed that another room was open and clean and so we slept there. We still dont know if we were supposed to use this second room (in which case, it should have been said in the confirmation email), or if it was just luck that it was open. Anyways, the communication from the hostel should have been better.

The self check-in is a bit of hassle with different long codes. There were no recycling facilities. The walls/doors weren't really soundproof. No towels are provided unless you ask beforehand, which is easy to miss.

Ok for a basic stay, and you can arrive late with the self check in. Convenient location.

No reservable parking and pretty hard to find it nearby. I did not read the fine print and was surprised to not find towels on arrival. We did message back and forth with the host and it would have been nice if they had brought my attention to the fact that towels have to be ordered for a separate fee. The money was not an issue, but now having towels - was.

Good location, about 20 min. walk to city center, right next to a green little park. Clean hostel with nice shower, common kitchen. Dog-friendly.

For us the shared kitchen wasn't very usable as it was in the corridor close to the main door.

Nice modern room, plenty of space for us. Check in and check out process was very easy. Shower was great too.

It had two single beds and a double but the single beds were on the ground floor with the other facilities and i was using double bed with was upstairs. I think the double bed is better downstairs and singles could go upstairs. Also the beds were in front of tv. Actually, the TV would have been better if in front of the sofa.

The space was amazing for the price - great value. It felt like an apartment I could live in back home in the city centre in Manchester UK. It had lots of space and seating and comfy bed.

Terrible soundproofing (it sounded like our neighbours' crying baby was inside our room) and no service. It was difficult to get towels, there was no baggage storage and no explanation or compensation when our food disappeared from the fridge.

The apartment was super tiny, too small for 4 people - it was actually one room with 2 beds and a mattress (15m2!). No place to put even a language.

no socket in the room downstairs, only spare socket in bathroom and in bed upstairs! tv not connected to WiFi to download new list of channels. no towels, although could be rented but no staff available to hand one. info about localization of the room would be beneficial. we had a room from court so was nice and quite, but from the street the room would be affected by noice from traffic.

No message with access code. Reception, which was supposed to be open until 10pm, was closed after 7pm. You had to call several times to get codes and enter the building !!! I will never stay there again !!!

Short: bad smelling ground floor apartment Long: - there was a strong bad smell in the apartment that was extremely disturbing (mentioned already in other comments). There was also smell in the kitchen drawers and cupboards so we didn't use any kitchen utensils. There was mould in the bathroom - the Apartment is located on higher ground floor which was not mentioned in the description but would have been a crucial information - it wasn't possible to open the windows at night because it faces quite a busy street full of car fumes -it wasn't possible to fully cover the windows due to lack of bigger curtains or anything else - i was informed the day before the arrival that the check-in is contactless and on the arrival day I'll receive an access code. I answered this message and confirmed my arrival time obviously chatting with a staff member. On the arrival day they didn't send us the code and nobody answered my message on booking so i needed to call them and they told me it was an automatic message and a person has to come to let us in and take the money... Although the person was nice the whole situation was confusing and unnecessary. She also told us she'll send us an aves code to the main hostel area "right away" and that didn't happen so i again asked for it. - the mattresses were simply a joke - the fotos might be a bit old because the hostel is actually already a bit worn out Moho ensured that we had an unforgettable experience in Wrocław and not in a good way.

I booked a room for mom and dad and their small dog. traveling from Finland to Portugal, stopped to rest for the night. They really liked everything, they even stayed the second night! great place to relax! The room is large, good kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable beds. thank you very much, I highly recommend it!
