How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location was a bit far out of the city itself, it was around 40 mins on the bus but it wasn't inaccessible as it was serviced by bus routes
great for a solo traveller, room was basic but clean and comfortable. also they had free bottles of water (and tea and coffee) and a fridge in the room. Was right opposite a bus stop for the 18 bus

I moved rooms when I went into my second reservation. I went from a room that had a built in heating unit to one that didn’t have one. It was the even number rooms that had the heating units not the odd number units. This wasn’t listed in the brochure.

Location was great, staff also tried to provide us some breakfast even though restaurant didn't work on holidays. Room is clean and comfortable.

The breakfast is very special, you have to choose 2 item to eat (what is obviously not so bad because finally you have enough to eat, but not a big choice), and only one drink. You should at least have one hot drink and one cold drink because it's almost standard in hotel to have a coffee or tea with a juice. Here if you want a juice in addition of the hot drink, you have to pay extra 24 zl, what is really excessive.
The room are nice and clean. Good for few nights in business travel. No too far with uber from mokotow offices and less than 10min walk from subway

You can hear a lot of noise in the hallway and outside as well as truck deliveries. Luckily there weren't any intentionally loud partiers in the hotel. Breakfast options could be improved.
Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, stocked rooms, pleasant staff. Close to public transport and the neighborhood is pretty calm.

It was amazingly quiet despite the fact, that the room looked onto the street. No noise from the neighbouring rooms. Everythjing worked smoothly, very helpful staff. Didn't have breakfast so cannot say what it was like, but the menu looked great.

Poor sound insulation. And if you want to check-in earlier, you'll have to pay extra for each hour, so keep that in mind (but you can leave your baggage for free)
The hotel has a good location, the room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need to stay (except an iron, but that's an optional thing). In general, I liked staying at this hotel and can recommend it.

I really enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. My room was so comfortable and very clean. We were so happy to be able to eat at the Europa restaurant located just beside the hotel's reception. Food was awesome! This hotel don't have an elevator which is so disadvantage for a gust with a large luggage, unfortunately.

The lady on the reception was not very nice ( or maybe she just had a bad day :) but generally it was a good stay !
I had the best breakfast in my life 😻 rooms were quite big but a bit noisy after we opened the window.

While the Hotel is located in free-parking zone of Warsaw, actually finding a free spot was a hassle when we arrived late in the evening. Especially for three cars, so we had to repark in the morning.
Hotel is brand new and location is very convenient - close to public transport (bus stops, metro, several bike rentals). Neighbourhood is very quiet and tranquil. The staff had no issues with English language.

We had a very nice experience staying in the hotel. The suit looked modern and cute, everything worked properly, including wifi, it was clean. The girl at the reception provided really nice service. The hotel is well located near the underground station and not far from the airport.

There is a bus station just over the street so reaching town is easy. It's quiet with not much traffic outside.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Mokotow. 5min walk to metro and 15min from Warsaw city center. The area is very nice and safe

Value for money wasn't the best, but because of the Taylor Swith concert everywhere in Warsaw hotels were 3 times more expensive than normal. Restaurant wasn't open.
Location, 8 min walk to metro Wierzbno and then short dystance anywhere. Cleaned every day with new toileters/coffe/tea left. Nice bathroom and ok space for budget hotel. Cheap reastaurant (bar type ) and bakery 100 m from the hotel, local farmers selling fruits on the side of the road.

I was in summer there, and the room was very warm. Even openning the window was not enough to cool down the room. I strongly suggest to provide at least ventilators for the future.
Good connection to city and highway. Free parking spots are easy tofind around the building. Hotel is comfortable to work remotely.
