We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe room was small, and the TV was too high. We stayed on the last floor, which the lift did not reach, so we had to walk one floor up on foot but we had choice to do it so it was not a major issue. The reception staff was available only from 13.00 till 23.00, which was a little bit odd as the staff in hotels is usually 24 hours.
The location was great - in the middle of town. The staff was very polite and useful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and large. As a surprise gift, we received an upgrade to a VIP room, which made us feel exceptional. Quiet music in the hall was great addition and made us feel like on holidays.

When initialy one chooses the room , example in my case, 3 people/3 beds , at a price , you would be surprise to find out at the final step of the booking that there are allowed 2 people, not 3, even if there are 3 beds. you should pay extra for one person. if one is not paying attention , as happened to me, one would have encounter this situation.
