Staff was really friendly - shoutout to rockstar Valeria! Facilities were good, everything clean and organized. Comforter and pillow were very good, which makes a huge difference when in need of rest and in a colder weather, like we got. Location is absolutely perfect! The downside: bathroom is not heated and its bins were always overflowing, because they’re small ones. And we ran out of toilet paper and had to go out to get some. Overall, great value for money!

We had no towels in our private room, and quite often (early mornings and evenings) there was a lot of drilling happening somewhere causing a lot of noise. We were out most the day and rarely saw reception manned. Got to hold the shower head as there's no holder for it on the wall.

The hostel is in an excellent location. It's very cheap and the beds are good. It is good value for money. We checked in late but the self service for check in is good. It's a small hostel with only five rooms.

The room that we stayed was really noisy (from the window because the street is busy all the time) and the bed not so comfortable.

The mixed room and the toilets had some lingering odour. The only girls room was really clean but very small. It was too bad but it could've been better. The beds are comfortable but very squeaky. Would prefer them bolted to the wall or replaced with wooden versions. I slept on the top bunk and whenever I turned around the entire bed was shaking.

The rooms were big, common area was bright and kitchen was well equipped. There are washing machines and personal lockers available on checkin. Every person gets a card for their room along with codes for main door which made us feel more secure. There is one dedicated "only girls" room in case you prefer that. It is very centrally located close to the tourist spots and main pickup points of tours around the city like Auschwitz or Zakopane.

The doors to the rooms were sometimes hard to deal with because they open with an electronic badge that didn't work smoothly most of the time.

The hostel is amazing idk why it doesn't have many reviews. The beds are very clean, the blankets are new and fluffy, there are lockers and you can rent the lock from them if you don't have one. The design is cozy and the kitchen is clean. There are about 4 showers and 2 bathrooms and they were all clean, and the staff were really nice and helpful. It's also very very close to the old town and supermarket.

If you arrive at the facility in the morning, you have no chance of getting in. There was no one there before 9 o'clock anyway, so we had to wait in the cold for 1 hour. Coincidentally, there were people coming out, they opened the door and we were able to enter the stairwell. Since there is no one working before 9 o'clock, send the codes before the guests arrive so that no one's butt freezes outside.

Even during november, it was hot at the room I had....well rather than hot, very bad air.. Asked a guy there (who probably been staying there long term) if we can do some air change, he allowed a window open for a while than shut. He was eating some smelly food there, whole room sting after. Not very good noise insulation. Bring earplugs! Other than that nice. Would come again.

as mentioned in comments already,doors in bathroom didn't lock properly, only one worked well, among three of them. it was a bit noisy- noise from street as well as people in the hostel, coming back or checking in during the night. but i used earplugs, so survived to have some sleep

The hostel seems to be new and is well furnished. Good communication with staff, strong Wi-Fi, very clean. You can easily get there from the main railway station by local train. I liked spacious room.
