Very helpful owner, help me with getting train ticket online which saved my day! Clean and quiet apartment! All I need is provided except the washing of laundry has to be done somewhere else but the kindness of the hostess made up for this little inconvenience. Located not far from Westfield Arkadia, where I get my grocery and food from Carre Four.

Far from transportation possibly which takes a good 15 minutes walk. The closed supermarket is at 10 min walk.

As for comfort and cleanliness, the place is good. However, it is difficult to find the place and it is a bit far from the bus and tram station.

Location. Little walk to the old town. Few tram stops from the Central Railway Station. Very quiet apartment. Clean. Good contact with the host. Very confortable bed. It is a shared apartment with two other bedrooms but I felt like I was there alone. I saw another quest only once. Kitchen is well equiped if one wanr's to do own cooking. There is a lift.

This is not really the fault of the owner, but it was so hot, and the fan didn't really do the job (no air conditioning - which given the price, I didn't expect). A small thing: the tap in the main bathroom was loose - needs fixing. It took us a while to find our way into the housing complex, as we had come by tram from the station, and the instructions seemed to be for those coming from the metro station

Very tastefully decorated and well organised. Not too far from the old city and the train station. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The apartment block looks quite new.

Everything was perfect. The place is clean and modern. Two shared toilets and a shared kitchen are a huge plus. Initially, I thought it is a bit farther from the city, but actually it's only a few stops away from the Central Station and you can enjoy the view of the Palacy Kultury i Nauki from the room. Very satisfied.

I like Stawki. Very close to the shopping mall Arkadia, to Królewska and to the downtown. Clean, light, new apartment, pleasant fragrance, nice clean bed linen, all we needed was provided.

The room was clean, tidy, properly furnished. The apartment has 2 clean toilets and a shower with hot water. The kitchen is clean and equipped with all the necessary dishes, the refrigerator is large. The owner of the apartment is immediately available for any question, and if something is missing, makes sure to buy it and bring it to the apartment. Every day a cleaner comes to clean the kitchen and bathrooms.

No thicker curtain. That’s quite quite serious matter because I need a really dark room to sleep and it got very light at 5.30 Am as day starting much earlier than in the uk

Very clean, comfortable, nice balcony, quite at night although facing street. Well equipped kitchen with tea and coffees as well. Equipped with two toilets which makes you not wait for other guests. Overall it feels like home and will definitely stay again.

My main issue was how I struggled to get a good enough sleep. I am a light sleeper but despite using earplugs I didn't get enough sleep. It wasn't just proximity to a road but because the curtains were ineffective at blocking out the light from all the windows. This is the main reason I haven't given the place top marks.

This place was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked so although I only made drinks you could cook a meal if you wanted.There were 2 toilets for the 4 rooms to share so there was never a wait. The place had a large modern bathroom with a great shower. The room I had was spacious with huge windows and access to a balcony it shared with just one other room. Great for summer I imagine. I liked the quirky use of materials to create an individual style. Everything was well organised and communication was friendly and timely. Thank you.

the room would be more comfortable, if it didn't lack a table or, at least, a hook to put a bag on. the curtains are see-through, so the room is too bright in the mornings. it also needs to be mentioned, that the walls in the apartment are rather thin, which allows to hear the conversations other guests are having

the property is located in a new residential complex, which is not busy. there are two Żabka's nearby and a lot of public transport. the rooms and common spaces are crystal-clean, and the price is fair (especially considering the fact, that we were staying during the winter break).
