How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The ventilation is pretty bad. You have to choose between sleeping with the windows open but with noise, or with them closed but with no air. To be fair, the hotel gives out earplugs and with closed windows it's quite.
Very nice atmosphere, polite and welcoming staff. Great location, main station and city centre. Very nice shopping mall just in front of the door. Clean, comfortable bad, very tasty breakfast with local and original dishes, but also with a common ones like scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, etc. Big room with a kettle and a small fridge.

The only way to get the air flowing is by opening the windows, but then it's very noisy due to a nearby street, so that disturbs the sleep quite a bit. Also, the pricing for parking spot is a bit high.
Clean, good quality facilities. Amazing price for a very good location.

Nice clean room, quadruple had 4 similar beds, which the kids really liked. Upstairs a kitchen where you are allowed to relax, nice shared roof terrace, to have a bring-your-own-drink!

Stayed on the way out and the way back from Lithuania. On the second stay the weather had turned hot and the room really needed air conditioning
Spacious room, very nicely refurbished (do not be put off by the Soviet-style exterior). Good parking. In a great old town area for restaurants Top notch breakfast, Spacious fridge freezer in the room and tea/coffee making Pet friendly and close to parks for walking them Efficient check-in

Everything was fine!
Good location, value for money, clean, comfortable, with friendly staff. We had reserved parking via message which was very convenient as we were travelling by car. Very good if you are travelling with friends.

Very hot and stuffy in the room, couldn't sleep because of that. No air conditioner, jus a little fan that was very noisy

It's unfortunate about the lack of air conditioning as we had to keep the windows open and the road was very noisy. it might be helpful for guests to bring ear plugs.
There was a nice variety in breakfast. The bedroom was very clean. The staff were really helpful and friendly with extra towels and speedy check in.

Wifi was a bit slow.
Very cosy bed (had a back-ache and in an 8-hour sleep it's all cured and history!), excellent breakfast, new, high quality bathroom.

There is a bar in front of hotel. Which is noisy sotimes on weekends, but with closed windows it was possible to fall a sleep easily.
Great Location, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, great food.

The hotel has two entrances, but only one of them is labelled - the other one looks like a government building so it was extremely confusing for us. The Ubers that dropped us off can also only park on the side of the non-labelled entrance.
Location was absolutely amazing. Close to Stary Browar and the main train station. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great.

This time I was disappointed because the fee for the dog had been more than doubled in a month (from 20 PLN to 50 PLN). For this price other hotels offer at least a bowl for water and a little treat for the dog. 50 PLN is too much with no added service.
It's my third stay in this hotel. I love the location, just 10 mins away from the train station and 10 mins away from the centre. The hotel is quite new and nicely furnished. They accept pets.
