It is too old, broken and shattered walls inside rooms. You CANNOT control the AC, only reception can do it which is ridiculous. on top, our phone was not working so my husband had to physically go to the reception 5 times during our trip everytime we needed a change in room temperature.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel!

There's construction happening in front of the building, blocking some of the views.

I liked how close it was to the beach, and old san juan and also isla verde. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great, glass doors.

Paring is two expensive it should be included it was 25 dollars per car plus tax we end up paying almost 60 dollars per parking. Most hotels is free , I paid for one once and it was ten dollars.

The staff was very friendly & this was the perfect solo trip i needed. Reasonable price especially being near the beach & walking distance from many restaurants, bars, etc. loved it!!! Most definitely will be booking again the next time i come to Puerto Rico!

I didn't like that the parking wasn't included in the price. $25 a day is a bit much as well.

The room was clean and the location was perfect. The room didn't truly have a balcony and the view wasn't the best, but Jimmy at the front desk was very accommodating and offered to change our room and even took the time to show me the other room personally.

The a/c was broke for 2 days, I had to keep calling maintenance, but they never showed up until I went down to the desk. I woke up sweating. The room was almost 76° so the first two days were horrible...will not stay here again or recommend

The heating / Ac was not working so the room was freezing could not adjust the temperature at all , elevator was small and had to wait a little just to get on the elevator

We had two rooms for our travel party. For some reason, one of the rooms constantly had puddles of condensation on the floor. The floor was wet the entire time we stayed. We thought at first that maybe they had just mopped the floor in that room, but no. It was wet and stayed wet for 3 days. The other room was fine.

The hotel is nice. We enjoyed the lobby area and the pool and hot tub. it is near many restaurants and the beach is very close. There is a Walgreens across the street, which was very convenient.

Quality of room for the price: I've staying in much nicer places for a lot cheaper; room was incredibly noisy - pool party all night long into the wee hours, horns honking, ambulances, music from bars/restaurants etc. I hardly slept the entire time I was there - even with a white noise app; room was always damp - nothing ever seemed to dry. Always seemed to be out of towels at the pool and even when cleaning the rooms. No hand towels left one day. No hooks except one in the bathroom - for a beach hotel need more places for things to dry.

Staff was friendly but sometimes seemed understaffed. Would have to wait 15-30 minutes in line just to ask a question due to people checking in. The location in relation to the beach, restaurants, etc.

Cleaning was inconsistent. Didn’t get a bath mat until my very last day. Hand towels were sometimes forgotten. I took good care of my room and always made my bed myself so made it “easy” for them but that might’ve made them miss things. The pool area was really nice but the chairs could get a clean as well
