The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Kitchen had the basic to do simple meals which was important to us. The shower/bathroom was small so be careful with your balance. There are foldable chairs and ice box/cooler in the room. So that was handy for us. There is hair dryer and iron so you don't need to worry about that. A side from the small bathroom, we were happy with the place and the price was fair for it.

The staff was slow to respond; I wish there was a lock in the general area of the house, didn’t love knowing anyone could go in, especially since I was alone.

Not much of a dislike just the bed & shower stall are smaller than expected. It’s a full size bed was expecting a queen for a 2 person stay. Shower can barely fit 1 person. Just something to be aware of.

I must start by saying this location looks way better than the pictures. Clean, Spacious, convenient & safe location. Restaurants, convenience store, bars and the beach are all within walking distance. Property manager was easy to reach when I had concerns. Very smooth self checkin.

I didn’t realize that it was an apartment with two bedrooms where the kitchen, dining room and bathroom are shared. I was a bit confused when meeting another person in the property. Also, my bedroom was very small and had only a small roof window. Which is okay for 1 or 2 nights, especially if traveling solo.

The apartment is very close to the airport, that was convenient since I arrived late and had no car. There is a beach and a big supermarket in the walking distance. The room was pretty quiet and the bed was comfortable. Having a fully equipped kitchen was nice, too.

It is close to the highway so there was some noise in the common areas, but in the room itself it was quieter and it did not impact my sleep. Water pressure in the shower was a little low.

The value for money is exceptional. For about the price you would pay at most hostels for a bed with 6-8 people per room, here you get your own private room and only have to share common spaces with one other occupant. It was clean, comfortable and in good condition. Short walk to beach, restaurants and grocery store. I was even greeted at the door by a very friendly cat.

There was nowhere to put out clothes. Only some hanging space and the floor of the "closet". I'm not a big girl but the shower was snug and trying to shave in it was a challenge.

Conviene ir, clean, location. The travel chairs and cooler for the beach was a nice touch. We used them everyday.

Very limited parking available. Cleaning staff and other staff would utilize shared areas during the day (the living room table) and would be a bit loud while I needed to work. There was a small leak coming in from the skylight when it rained. It would be so much better if there was a private bathroom for each room. However, shared bathroom was mentioned clearly in the listing, so this is just a recommendation, not a complaint.

Location Location Location! Very close to everything! It was very comfortable and clean! The shared spaces, (kitchen, living room, and bathroom) had all the amenities needed for a short trip. There were extra resources available that made it a very enjoyable experience (small beach cooler, beach chairs, recommendations for food and activities...).

The listing states there is a living room, but it is a dining room (no couch). Also, there is not enough emphasis put on SHARED bathroom, dining, and kitchen. The person who was in the other room was noisey and hogged the bathroom all night, we walked to a restaurant to use the bathroom because we waited so long, which is ridiculous. We would not have booked if it was clear it was a shared bathroom, too much money for that. I would not walk in the area at night. You could find a more private space for a similar price. I didn't know you could even book shared spaces on booking.com.

The only thing that I would say may need an improvement is the fact that the air conditioner turns on and off even when someone is in the room asleep. Preferably I like to keep air conditioners running all day to keep a room cool especially after coming in from a hot day.

I liked that there was a miniature kitchen with a full refrigerator making it possible to cook your own meals and save leftovers.

The checkin process is all done online, this is only a problem if you don’t have internet access to access the lock codes as there is no one to meet you at the property. Also, a security deposit is taken on top of payment days before checking in which I don’t understand the need for.

Nice cosy room, well decorated. Comfortable bed and very clean. Good air conditioning. Kitchen available to use. The shared bathroom was good and only shared with 1 other room so didn’t have any problems waiting for use.

Cleanliness, there was a lot of hair, a sticky stain on the floor, and a greesy stain on the wood table. Also, I had a bad guest next door who slammed their room door and bathroom door every 2 hours since 9 pm during the night until morning. They didn't care for other guest. I just had a bad luck. However, I am satisfied for my stay. Thank you very much.
