Neighbors didn’t like us much as we slowed to find gate - we were yelled at for parking. A little weird as we seemed to be the only people there …

although we were aware of there being no breakfast or a bar, this would have been a nice extra to have had.

We asked for a room facing the airport as my partner is a keen aviation enthusiast, which we were given. Unfortunately the planes were taking off on the other runway, so didnt come overhead. Less noise but more distant planes. This didnt detract from the stay. Our 2 bedrooms were spacious and over looked a little pool which we used a couple of times and as we were the only guests for most of the time, we had it to ourselves. We enjoyed the large balcony, watching the planes. There were restaurants/cafes in the area to enjoy. We used Uber to get into San Juan. There was a coffee machine and cold water machine in the foyer which you could help yourself to.

The restaurant was not open. The beds are really uncomfortable. There was no staff around only communicated through phone. We stayed for 2 days and we had no clean towels to use due to nobody being around to give is new ones.

It cannot be understated how close this hotel is to the airport's landing path. Some commercial planes travel SUPER low and close, which is sort of fascinating if you want to see a plane extremely up close but also crazy loud. We stayed on the top floor and could hear them loud and clear, but you learn to tune them out. Also we did not receive the entry codes until after we arrived. The calls kept disconnecting and no one was answering our messages leading up to our arrival, which had us stressed. Thankfully there was a really helpful grounds manager there who helped get us into our room and answered all our questions!

Loved the location, within walking distance of amazing food, beaches, and boardwalk taking you to Piñones Beach. Super close to the airport, which is great for late night or early morning flights. We also really enjoyed the amenities, like the pool, lots of nice poolside seating, and the little dock out back which had kayaks. Taking the double kayak out through the mangroves and seeing / hearing wildlife during sunset was an unexpected highlight of our trip!

The taking off airplanes fly directly over the top so that can be difficult to sleep through.

it was beautiful! completely picturesque. The little pool and the swing chairs made it very comfortable and we got to watch pelicans diving from the dock.

The place is cozy, clean, and tidy. Very relaxing. At first, it can be a little difficult to find the place, so it is better to arrive in daylight. The location is perfect! close to the beach. The staff is very nice, but not always available.

The airport is very close and you can hear the planes. The bed was a little too firm for my liking.

The hotel is right under a flight route which means every 20 min you hear a plane flying literally over your head, day and night. We had to use earplugs to be able to sleep.

we had a very early flight and had made arrangements with a taxi for an early pick up. the taxi however was late and we were very stressed as this location is remote as to access to town/taxis etc. it is in a neighborhood and is quite off the beaten path. as far as we knew anyway. taxi did arrive 30 minutes late and we did make our flight but we had no clue what we would do if it had t showed up.

this was a great little boutique hotel with a great restaurant and nice facilities including a pool and lounging area for relaxation.

The location is off of one the two runways, so its VERY loud.

Location is in the bay across from the airport, making it very easy to get to airport for our 6 am flight.

if you don’t like an airplane taking off right over your head then don’t stay here. it was too bad that between the airplanes and the 6am rooster it took it down only half a notch - it’s a great place!

it was comfy and had a great pool and 3rd floor seating area. showers were great with hot water! the private parking was a bonus

The hotel restaurant is only open weekends, which wasn't advertised. The planes are loud, but that's what you get when booking by an airport. I am a light sleeper, but the A/C drowned out much of the outside noise so it didn't bother me.

The property was beautiful and the front desk person was great. He even brought us an ice bucket for our drinks, and set up an extension cord so I could work from my computer outside. The neighborhood feels like authentic Latin America (don't expect fancy houses, resorts and restaurants), and there are lots of open air restaurants about 5-10 blocks away (no sidewalks, I'd drive only).

Manager made excuses for dead bugs being in my room and on my bed spread, hosted a wedding at facility without notification until day before event, no access to pool area from 3:30 to 10pm, doors of hotel left open and stray animals got in and left feces on the steps. Lost power and the generator took hours to start.

this would be a cute property in a different location. it felt unsafe. we didn’t have any issues and once inside the place is lovely. the room is pretty small and the restaurant was closed early on a sat night. we paid about $175 for the room and wouldn’t do it again for that price.
