The restaurant is pretty poor. Breakfast and the coffee is awful. Lunch is ok, bar snacks also ok. But there are so many great places to eat in Rincon that this is not really an issue. Good coffee and a simple breakfast bar would be a big improvement. The pool vibe is fantastic but the music plays constantly until 10 pm.

Rincon of the Seas is a gorgeous resort that we have visited twice. It is situated right on the beach so the views are breathtaking! There is a lovely pool with fabulous swim up bar and delicious tropical drinks! It is situated right on the beach so you can swim in the tropical sea without having to drive anywhere. You don’t really have to leave the premises to enjoy a tropical vacation. You can walk the beach all the way to Dona Lala beach, one of the most beautiful in Rincon. The lobby is gorgeous. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony with a gorgeous view of the pool, palm trees and ocean.

They are doing construction to update the building so they start early in the morning .

I liked the private spacious beach . I also liked that the pool was so close to the beach so you can enjoy the pool while looking and listening to the waves on the beach !

The only reason I don't give the Rincon of the Seas a full 10 is only for the fact the rooms could use a microwave oven because portions of food if your eating at the hotel are genourous😁. SO it would be nice to heat up a leftover for midnight snack. And the hotel could use a Lil gift shop with everyday essentials. Otherwise, I loved it and going back again for sure!

I loved the location of Rincon of the seas. The pool and courtyard grounds were really clean and landscape beautiful right off the beach. And Everyone was so polite and friendly. Rooms were really nice too. Can't beat the view w a room with a balcony. Poolsidebar, fabulous!

The staff seemed more or less indifferent. They were quick with requests for additional towels, but when asked for special requests (IE help securing a taxi, doing something special in the room for my friend’s birthday) they just said no outright. Again the property is beautiful and priced reasonably, but guest experience isn’t really a priority.

However, the lunch and dinner at the poolside restaurant were disappointing. The food was bland, and the beef was so hard and dry that we couldn’t eat four of our meals. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, all we got was a simple "Oh okay, I’ll let the chef know"—no apology, no offer to fix it. To make it worse, we were still charged full price for meals we couldn’t eat. Honestly, I wish Gordon Ramsay would visit this restaurant—I’m sure he’d fire the chef and shut it down!

We spent 8 nights at Rincon of the Seas Grand Caribbean Hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The pool, beach, and staff were wonderful, the location was perfect, and there was plenty of parking available. We especially enjoyed the pool bar with great cocktails, and breakfast was good. Would I stay here again? Yes. Would I eat at the poolside restaurant again? Never. I highly recommend taking a short walk to Villa Cofresí—the food there is absolutely worth it.

Guests put towels on chairs by the pool and beach very early. We had very little choice of seating. There was nothing at the pool and hardly anything at the beach. I'd say get more chairs!

The sign to enter the resort was facing the other side and small. With a resort so nice I think the sign should reflect what a great place this is! Maybe even had solar lighting for landscaping.

More shaded pool furniture needed was one concern by us and some folks we met.

Staff was very helpful from all we encountered. Even helped us arrange someone to help us with a flat tire when we were off property. The place was restful and the location could not have been better. Bar - restaurant was better than expected.
