Of course, the villas in the resort need to be renovated. Furniture and especially floors need to be repaired. I would also like to have the ability to watch streaming services (Netflix, etc.) on TV.

Rooms were phenomenal and beautiful hardwood floors and built ins. However, with hard wood, you can see the evidence of previous storm and water damage. It added to the character of the casita and didn’t bother us though!

The onsite restaurant did not live up to the standards for price. Over cook food but they did let us order something else instead. The manager also comes talk to us. Services are excellent. Also for the price they charge you should have enough water bottles in the room. Instead 2 per day. We asked for extra water for the room and get charged for 3 extra for $16 without letting us know. There is other drink in the fridge but they are not for everyone. They should just give r tea water instead.

Parking policies have changed. The parking area is far from the villas area. Now you have to request the staff to transport you from your villa to your vehicle and vice-versa. Makes it a little inconvenient if you need something from your vehicle or if you decide to leave the premises many times a day. Nevertheless, the staff is extremely responsive.

It was difficult to find an accurate menu to order room service.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful with extremely private rooms. Definitely worth the drive!

The motor golf carts that the stuff were using were making too much noise like motorcycles! We were told that the beach was too far down like 125 steps or more to go and not meant to be for swimming, and it wasn’t taken care of at all! They could have had some sun-beds that the clients could use to enjoy the view that was simply amazing! They could have some service in the swimming pool, to order drinks, towels etc. The service of the restaurant was very slow and the stuff was very loud among themselves shouting and socializing and not respecting the quietness that the clients would like to enjoy. They should buy an espresso machine for the restaurant because we were told that only the golf club was serving espresso. The lap-pool needed some chairs and umbrellas and a shower.

The place requires serious maintenance, the floors on the deck and living room need paint and polishing. The shower likes hot water to the point I felt I had an integrated hot spring in the casita that made it very uncomfortable to sleep. We could not enjoy the second at the casita because the maintenance personnel spent more than half of the day trying to fix the shower unsuccessfully. The main pool does not have sufficient shade area for more than 8 guests at the time. The restaurant did not offer a good variety and what was offered was not prepared as expected. At check-in, the concierge indicated that the mini bar was complementary and replenished every day, that was not correct.

Beautiful location and facilities. The architecture of the place is magnificent. The Casitas are spacious, beautifully built, and decorated Mediterranean-style. The staff is very attentive and placement.

The worst service ever for the restaurant. Minimum 1 hour waiting time to be served breakfast, lunch or dinner. Such a nice Hotel, so expensive with the poorest possible service.

The Hotel location is amazing, the place is stunning.
