Furniture was a bit dated especially patio furniture on the deck but very functional, stove could use replacing otherwise great place to stay

On the top floor with great view of the ocean, two balconies, location was all of walking distance to everything, grocery store on the main floor, free underground parking & a great host

Towel quality was pretty used; not sure if that's the standard for this class of apartments. It was still workable.

Good location; accessible to shops. In-suite laundry is convenient. Easy access to beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and etc...

Bed was uncomfortable, with a split in between and the headboard was separate from the bed.. pillows were a disaster and not enough blankets! Furthermore the appartement was great!!

Only downfall is there was no fan or A/C. During the day the apartment can get hot, but cooled off to sleep. Needed a sponge and dish soap.

Location was great for us with our son in a wheelchair. The apartment was accessible, nice view and veranda.

I was there for 8 nights initally & then for another 2 nights ..that's 10 days in total . I had to ask for toilet rolls and a change of towels after 4 or 5 I days .Nobody came to empty bins (which I did myself )to change the bed or supply another change of towels. The only time I saw anyone was when I was moving out.!!! That was my 10 day stay . There were ants around the sink ,fridge, cupboards. They were also in the bedroom and balcony . The door of the washing machine was broken...tape had been put on it before I occupied the apartment . I could'nt get my clothes out of the machine . Jose came and managed to open it . My clothed hadn't spun & were dripping wet when I took them out . I had pressed the spin button .I wasn't going to risk putting them into the machine again in case I'd have to call Jose again . Other than that the apartment was lovely. . Thank you Jose for being so helpful ,it was a pleasure meeting you ..

The location was brilliant . The apartment was lovely and spacious .There was a fantastic view from the balcony which was on the main street . The whole beach and the street with cafes & restaurants could be seen .

We stayed on the first floor in the building which is closer to the sea and due to its location, it can be quite noisy on weekends after midnight, since there is always a drunk group who loves to shout at 4 am or some motocyclists/drivers who love to let everyone know how much horsepower they have underneath them. The furniture needs some repair, since the apartment is quite old, but it is reflected in the price.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is really on the main strip, close to bars, shops and restaurants. The beach is easily accessible. The kitchen was well-equipped. Parking was free, we could stay in the garage even after checking out. Supermarket is very close. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

there were few cockroaches in the kitchen, although overall it is clean appartment no knifes in the kitchenware

We were delayed at the airport and as a result in getting to the property but it was not a problem and we were met with our keys almost immediately upon our arrival.

Just a few comments, not really negatives: the TV could have some more channels for longer stays, and we could not connect our Netflix account, but this can be fixed (and to be honest, with amazing beaches like those, you won't want to stay in front of the TV much). Mattress could be more comfortable, and more pillows and covers would be a plus (although we could've asked for more, and I am pretty sure they would help us with that).

The location and views are amazing, literally across the street from the Praia da Rocha beach, with all facilities on hand (restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc). The property was very clean and well equipped, comfortable for a couple or a small family, with the plus of having AC in both the bedroom and living room. Balconies in both the living room and bedroom give an incredible view of the beach. Make sure to get a room on the higher floors, as the views are jaw dropping!

Noisy restaurant below our room. Closed 11pm. Got quiet after that. Took a while to work out entrances to building as there is no reception area. Glad we were in the back building as front quite busy and noisy at times. Some repairs needed in apt. Cupboard not close properly. No directions how to use washing machine. Staff very helpful and quick to address problems. If you plan to rent a car there is no parking on street and underground parking is quite a maze if not used to such situations re navigating cement pillars, and low fronted cars up the ramp.

Good location, spacious, comfortable beds. Older building. Loved the doors and keys. Close to beach and grocery store down below.

Every time we tried to use the kettle the power would go off and the hot water would run out quite quickly. Also wish we were given a spare set of keys to access the building.

Location is perfect, right in front of the beach, part of the bustling strip of bars and restaurants, a short walk to anything you’ll need.

The location is great! Cleanliness was ok. Since the apartment is located on a busy street, there is noise from bars around, but the value for the money is great. I can't complain.

Outside temps were chilly which made the tile floors cold even with the heat on. This is likely a benefit in the summer! I suggest replacing the veg't peeler and adding a spatula and a 10" or longer knife to the kitchen ware. Also the lack of dish soap, cloths, cleaning supplies was annoying. Buying a 500ml dish soap for 5 nt stay is ridiculous, as well as garbage bags, sponges. The Sofa/Bed was not that comfortable, Springs can be felt :(

Messages were answered quickly, information was clear, location was right near beach with private underground parking. Grocery store and shops/restaurants nearby. Apt. was bright with a nice balcony, bdrm was a decent size with nice closet space and balcony areas/windows. Bathroom had nice counter space and storage space, towels. Kitchen was adequate for 1 or 2 people. Heaters worked well once they heated up initially.

Organizing meals was easy. There is a grocery store and several very good restaurants nearby. A few steps from the apartment we had the La Rocha beach. We had also a beautiful view from our apartment to Ocean. This was the most important thing for our relaxation and rest .

Bed matrasse was worn out. Furniture like sofa and arm chair could have been more comfortable. TV signal cable didn’t work, I presume.. The heat pump’s fan went on and off, insted of blowning with a set constant speed.
