The breakfast was stupendous!!! So much variety and the quality was outstanding. The room was ROOMY! The beds were comfortable too!! The location was excellent for us. We wanted to use the Hop On and Hop Off buses, and it was a short 20 minute walk to the terminal on Avenua Esplanade. The onsite parking garage was actually "modern" in that the entry was large enough to actually be able to drive into without fearing that you were going to scrape the sides on your car, unlike other garages at other hotels we stayed at.

The receptionist was incredible friendly. Helped me with some tourist attractions. She explained how to reach all of them. Location very close to metro, Lidl, shopping mall, restaurants.

Not a problem with the property, but you can hear planes. It’s not an issue. Our toilet wouldn’t stop filling, it didn’t flood, but you could hear the water tank until you re flushed. Minor issue, but I forgot to notify the reception team during the stay.

Very comfortable bed. Great sized room. Very clean. Breakfast was pretty good, simple for but good quality. Staff are pleasant. Location is great.

We had to leave, but we will be back.

The hotel is easy to get to via the metro from the airport. The staff were welcoming, always ready to give advice, go over the city map, offer advice for restaurants, interesting parts of the city, public transport etc. The free breakfast was amazing: eggs, hard boiled or scrambled, bacon, sausage, breads, including non gluten, tomatos, cucumber, apples, bananas, cereal, pastries, jam, coffee, juice, tea and a pancake machine. They provided us with a breakfast box filled with sandwiches, cheese, water, juice, bananas and apples for an early morning flight. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet, , including a small fridge and a safe. Easy access to historic Lisbon. Tram 28 is a must.

Very good location (the subway station was in front of the hotel), so i could easy to access the main attractions by the subway. If you planed to visit lisbon you should take public transportation. Especially breakfast was perfect. (Pastel de nata was really good.)

Perfect hotel for a stay in Lisboa. Unfortunately was fully booked so we could stay only one night. The rooms is spacious, clean, with very good bed. Very well located. Breakfast was very good as well.

The staff is very kind, helpful and resourceful. The facilities are very clean and in good shape. The daily breakfast was very good as well! The hotel is located far from the city centre in a quiet and very calm area, which I loved. It felt very safe. Even when it was far, the hotel is very well connected. It has a metro station just in front. It is also close to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. For the tours, you are picked up at the hotel and dropped off nearby. I strongly recommend the hotel for a stay in Lisbon!!! It is very convenient!!!
