Due to the location and the time of year (mid june) the noise at night was really bad, people yelling on the street kept me up all night even though the windows were closed. Really really hard to sleep with that level of noise.

Great view over the city. Near the center. Beautiful, spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Large shared spaces for breakfast, lunch and dinner. clean pier rooms. Outside garden. Super check at the entrance by the reception. Very safe. Very helpful and courteous staff.

The staff were exceptional, kind and as helpful as possible. All the general areas were very clean, and the hostel was setup up well to meet people. you have a beautiful terrace for one of the best panoramic views of Lisbon and a decent breakfast. definitely a great budget stay.

the mosquito and the top bunk bed it felt a bit unsafe fortunately I was able to switch to a bottom bunk

Didn't like breakfast. No scrambled eggs, vegetables, nor drinking water. When asked about the drinking water was pointed to the mashine which didn't work. Asked again and was pointed to the sink to use water from the tap.

As we slept on the first floor, we could hear the bell to the main door. Also, the building is quite acustic, the first night we were waken up by people going down the stairs. The next night we used earplugs to be able to sleep.

3 out of 4 showers were out of order. How is that possible? Old elevator, two friends got stucked there and they didn't want to call the firefighters. Staff annoying. Never going back again. They also didn't return the deposit for 260 €, is the same as saying that they have stolen as 260 €. is that normal? We didn't break anything. WORST HOSTEL EVER!

Hostel is very well located, has everything that you need, beds have privacy, each one has 2 assigned lockers so you can leave your stuff, room was spacious, each bed has separate socket and light, there were enough covers, and the view from the window amazing. Breakfast was good, it's basic, but for a hostel to have a breakfast like this, it's an exception. There was hot water whenever I have showered, the hairdryer was not working on my floor, but I went downstairs and used the other one without any problems. The hostel stuff is amazing. From the moment I have entered I felt good and welcomed. I wish to mention the cleaning ladies, I have interacted with two of them and they were helpful and smiling, and they are doing a great job. For the reception stuff - I had a beautiful moment with Maria and Lucas - he took a guitar, was playing some chords, and Maria and I, we were singing the invented song. Thank you, that's what life is all about. Everyone else was equally helpful and kind. I didn't use the common areas a lot, but they are nice, terrace gives you views to the river and it's nice when it's sunny ☀️ They have stored my luggage free of charge the day when I arrived early and the day I was leaving until just now when I'm leaving. Thank you everyone for your kindness, help and keep doing the good work.

some of the staff were helpful but not all (sorry). my room smelled so bad the whole time even there was only 2-3 people. the heating was on the whole night and people were suffocating with closed windows, bathroom and shower room is not so clean and have very less light, water is not hot but just midly warm. when I asked for changing the room the staff suggested to downgrade my room.... which I refused.
