I couldn’t find I was obligated to please in airport

I've been trying to get an invoice for ages and communication with the staff simply doesn't exist. They don't pick up my calls, they ignore my messages on whatsapp or text... It's been almost a month without a slight signal of any invoice, and I'm getting really frustrated.

The overall stay was okay. The bedroom was clean and the location was convenient.

It is relatively unclean and uncomfortable. It's only added value is that it's 10/20 mins walking from the Airport. It has some restaurants close by. I was there just for a night as I had a stop and my connecting flight left early in the next morning.

The beds squeak terribly and I'm used to hostel beds but everyone wakes up when you move your little toe. In addition, the room is damp and it really smells like mold, the ceiling in the bathroom is black and looks like it has been painted over but the mold comes through again. No real covers and people come and go until late at night I meen for 30€ Bit to much

The room very cozy and clean. The owner super helpful and very kindness. Next to good food restaurant. All Facility we need in good condition. Quiet to rest also nearby the airport Lisbon. Feel home.

The bathroom had a leak and the floor was all with towels. It’s not walking distance to airport so better take metro

Cheapest option near the hotel. The management sent the code details and how to enter the place very structured and detailed.

Even though I use the passcode to open the door, I felt like I was intruding as there was no one to let me in. I wasn’t even sure I was in the right place. The room was fine.

I was a little nervous going in as the outside was such a mess, but the room was OK. It was a little bizarre. There was no one there to greet you. It was all done online.

I found used condoms in the bathroom. Moreover there were a lot of hair in the shower and many dirt sport on the bathtub. It was very dirty, almost unbearable. I didn't take shower for that reason. There was no outlet next to my bed to charge my phone. People were loudy and we were 6 per room.

There were no human beings on site, and the digital reception form would not accept data about arrival and departure times. I gave up and went elsewhere. A waste of money.

I showed up to the hostel early, with hopes to drop my bag off. I couldn’t find the host or any sort of reception. I tried messaging the host but no reply. At the time of my check in I started getting automated WhatsApp messages from the host asking for pictures of my passport. By this time I had already decided to go somewhere else. When I was at the property I was severely underwhelmed. The building, although old, seemed decent; however the garden space was atrocious and made me feel uneasy. Garbage throughout and a table with plastic chairs (most of the chairs were broken and there were empty cigarette packs on and under the table.

The house is located in a remote area, the rooms are old, the bed is not very comfortable and hard. You can walk to airport terminal 1 in 28 minutes (we expected 15-20). We were only given blankets; there were no blankets or duvet cover. The price does not correspond to the quality. I would have paid twice as much.

They provided clear instructions for check-in and online registration.

I landed in Portugal 7am and i had to.stay til 6pm and they refuse to check me in until 3pm so i paid for nothing cause i ended up staying at the airport

worse ever experience on booking.com ! "hostel" behind house and dirty courtyard, old noisy beds, dark and poorly ventilated room without windows, Owner unfriendly and uncooperative, asks for extra tax and never sent invoice I repeatedly asked for... I booked this place because close to the airport, actually the walk to the airport in the early morning was unpleasant and unsafe because of car circulation and poor sidewalks. I should have slept at the airport would have been more comfortable ! NEVER AGAIN !

Needs a sign on the door or above the keypad to indicate you are at the correct entrance rather than try all the doors.

Close to the airport only a cheap Uber ride away. Nice communal area. Owner went out of the way to ensure I had bed linen when I initially thought there wasn’t any.

I didn’t like the place.

I didn’t stay because my bed was occupied, I didn’t sleep here. It was a terrible situation for me.
