My charge was missed and they couldn’t see in the cameras who picked up my charge . It’s the only think I didn’t like it.

We were not able to find even one plate in the kitchen, but we didn't need them because of all inclusive.

Good location and also value for the money, for off season trip price. Food was good, not very much choices, but always fresh and different. Very polite and friendly staff. We are happy we have been here before main season when the prices are almost 5 times higher.

Nothing to complain about.

Staff are very nice. Very close to the beach. They have shuttles to old town and it’s walkable to new town. Food is delicious for a 3star.

Oven didn't work. Mediocre loud entertainment every night 8pm until 10 pm. Couldn't avoid hearing it.

The room was great once they upgraded us. Floor 5 main building. The Staff were super nice.

Vegetarian and fish options at breakfast and dinner were not great however for the price it was sufficient.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was right on the beach, short walk to old town approx 10mins. Very spacious apartment style rooms in hotel were great.

Making tea or coffee facilities in the room for people that go all inclusive would help

The room was comfortable , and in the main hotel, a lot of movement of furniture at about 6.00am. We went all inclusive, and the selection of food for Breakfast,Lunch, and dinner was excellent. This was our second time staying here, and looking forward to going there again

Lots of car parking, great location with beach views and 2min walk to beach, fantastic breakfast, entertaining schedule, very friendly and helpful staff.

Facilities were quite worn out but most were working fine. Toilets outside rooms were few and far between. Food was bland and repetitive but there was a variety which helped. Food wasnt great for vegetarians, with most options being varying sauteed veg with fries/rice or pasta with plain tomato sauce. However, it's a 3 star so keep this in mind! For what you pay it's not too bad and to be expected really.

Rooms were clean if not a bit dated and sparsely furnished. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was slightly tired. In that the floor in the room was coming off, the sliding doors didn’t lock well, there was a kitchenette but no kettle. Not at all in relation to the hotel, but there was a slight Oder around the beach and town of urine. Had lots of variety for eating, but food tasted average. It would have been better to have less options but done really well.

I loved that we had a beautiful view looking out to sea. The location was super, walking distance into the old town via the beach walk. The staff were over and above helpful and friendly. Very spacious living quarters.

Zero safety precautions (anyone can enter the resort, open doors everwhere, i only used my card at the room). REALLY COLD swimming pools. Dinner food has bad quality, i recommend you to book with breakfast only. The inside pool area is just sad. No hairdryer!

Ocean view apartments, few steps from the beach. Comfy, spacious and clean rooms. Amazing staff. Good breakfast. Polite and amazing maids. Wonderful animator crew. Good vibes in general.

I only real problem myself and my husband were in room 709. The kitchen area is above on the eight and from before seven every morning the movement of trolleys could be heard moving dishes into dining room also the chairs in dining room make the most screeching noise when moved on dining room floor which could also be heard in our room very loudly. The service trolleys for cleaners was also next door to us so that noise could be heard every morning.

Breakfast always had a large variety of food and it was always efficiently run

Old, worn out, common areas dirty. Pools were COLD. Jacuzzi/spa was cold and being used as a kids pool complete with dirty diapers!!!! Our room was two stories = had a flight of stairs to bedrooms. I have an injured knee!! No indication at all when booking that room was on two levels otherwise I would not have booked it! Also the photos of the rooms on Booking.com show nicer newer rooms, ours was worn and dated! We put the “do not disturb” sign on the door so we could rest after a long day of travel - housekeeping came in FOUR TIMES and one time they left the door ajar and unlocked behind them.

Location. Shuttle bus to Albufiera. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

Lift broken on arrival, had to carry cases down 2 flights of stairs. Only 1 lift in the main building, which is not sufficient for the number of guests. The accommodation is tired and needs redecorated/modernised.
