There doesn't seem to be any heat in the kitchen, so it was a little cool. The memory foam mattress is a little tired, but still adequate if you pick your spot.

Owner was terrific; he facilitated our check-in, addressed a couple of very minor issues, and even drove us to the airport at 5am!. We chose this apt. because it is close to the Faro airport. The heat pump in the bedroom kept us comfortable and there is a nice balcony. The kitchen was well stocked. The apt. and the whole neighborhood was very quiet.

I hadn't realised until I arrived that it was 3 rooms with a shared kitchen. It worked out ok as the other two rooms weren't booked but it would have felt a bit odd if they were. Maybe make this clearer on the site.

The host explained to us that the water takes some time to get hot, but actually it didn't turn hot at all in the en-suite bathroom, neither in the sink nor in the shower. Besides that the room was fine, only a little noisy, like you could hear it when other guests left. All with all I think it was fine for 1 night and would recommend it if you need to go to the airport very early or come from the airport late

The host was nice and pleasant in communication. The location is good if you want to stay nearby the airport, that was our initial reason to book this however we changed our flight. I read in other reviews it's walkable (~30 minutes). To go to the city center, you can take the bus but be aware the buses don't go that often. Beds were comfortable.

I didn't find the apartment/room that easily, I did walk past it once. Signage was missing. Probably me tired after walking from Faro. The frontage photo sent to me via booking.com I couldn't seem to retrieve.

Easy to get to from the airport. While basic, the rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, and the beds were comfy. The shared kitchen was well appointed (although we didn't use it). The bathroom (shared between 2 bedrooms) was also clean & tidy, and had a good bath &shower). There's a local café about 2 mins walk away which does excellent coffee and patisserie for breakfast.

It was spotlessly clean! Rooms v comfortable, with A/C. Excellent location, we walked there from Faro airport in 20 mins. Friendly host, made sure we knew how everything worked in the apartment and for coming and going from the building.

I was only in the room 8 hours as a catch for a flight early am, If you prefer all your own facilities it is for you.

Not necessarily a bad thing, just something to note - check in is not very flexible after you select your initial time slot. Consider requesting changes several days in advance or choosing a different lodging if you cannot commit to a particular time slot.

The location is great - very close to the airport. There is an elevator just 4 or 5 steps down from the entrance.

We stayed in July, and even rooms had air-conditioning it did not worked properly. It was only blowing air with no cold, even the temperature was set to 16 degrees. To sleep in the heat was not easy.

It is near the airport, you can walk there if you want. It has airport and ocean wiev in a distance. Continente around the corner. Also, Aldi is nearby and Pingo Doce, too. There are lots of local bars around which are opened only in the morning and in the evenings through the summer months.

When we woke up we noticed small ants on the bed ans also on the floor and the roof, that wasn't so nice.

Near to the airport so it was a convinient accommodation after late flight, room was as pictured and the host very friendly and check in worked easily.

There was no breakfast but a very modern large kitchen. There did not seem to be a kettle but there was a toaster and microwave. Luckily there was a travel kettle in my case. My room was on the top floor so once upstairs ,going downstairs was hard but there are definitely coffee shops and places to buy food within 200 yards. The view from the bedroom window was wonderful. Definitely looking south-east towards the salt flats and the coast about a mile away. No airport in view but it is actually only about one mile away. Owner and his wife were very helpful and friendly. There were no employees

The arrangement of this apartment was not clear on booking.com. It comprises a double room with ensuite, two twin rooms, a bathroom shared between the twin rooms, and a kitchen. Each room is rented individually, so our family of four was sharing with another couple. This was not a problem as we didn't see each other, but I wouldn't have chosen this arrangement if it had been clear up front.

Great rooms in a clean, modern apartment close to the airport. The host was very friendly and helpful. The rooms had balconies, and it was nice to have the use of the kitchen. The host was very accommodating with unusual check in / check out times due to flight times.

It takes longer to get warm water at the shower. The door of the terrace can make weird noise during windy moments; however, we closed the windown roll and the problem was solved.

The room is close to the airport (20 min walking). We had shampoo and body lotion in the shared and cleaned bathroom! We had elevator, so we can bring our luggage upstairs without problem. Our host was friendly and recommend us a restaurant close to the room.

The owner was friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and cozy with shared kitchen facility. Great location , near by airport with walking distance of 20-25 mins and access to bus 16 to airport and faro city. we reached hotel mid-night and owner helped us to check-in , I would definitely recommend it if you want to stay near airport.

A few dogs barking overnight but that’s Portugal and nothing to do with the wonderful host and apartment. Bed is on the stiffer side but I slept very well.

It’s a great place if you have a flight to catch. Host has left things available for you to use like shampoo, soap, sun cream, some pantry items etc. left by travellers. It is true to the title - has a view of the water and nice view of the sunset from the balcony! It was clean, and there was street parking nearby for me. A bus stop outside. Quick 6 min drive to airport.
