Right beside the nightclub strip so it can be loud with stag parties coming back singing at 4am It would be great if felt pads could be put under the furniture as moving the table and chairs makes an awful noise that can be heard in the room below

Loads of maintenance going on and some of the facilities not open.

Pools were good. Outdoor pool is not heated that takes a bit of getting used too. Staff very friendly and food was very good.

In 2025 it's supposed to get free Internet on this kind of hotels.....the captive portal only giving 10minutes per hour of Internet doesn't work at all. The 5 Star rate is not real....It's a refurbished building still with constructions being made. 4 Star would be the real rate in my opinion.

Currently, not a 5 star hotel based on accommodations and service level, in some areas probably not even a 4 star. Considering the price of the stay for a 5-star all-inclusive hotel, I didn't have high expectations regarding the quality of the services. However, in some aspects, it got below expectations: food variety, quality of snacks during the day, quality of beverages, some staff unprepared when asking basic questions, entertainment not happening as scheduled, so-called disco open for one hour only, some restaurants closed probably due to low season, restaurants/bars are all closed by 23:00. Hotel should update the information in Booking to set up proper expectations. Even the emails sent by the hotel prior the stay were clearly outdated based on current situation. Minor topic (no impact on overall rating): there are construction activities on-going in the complex.

Good size apartment with a fantastic sea view. Clean and functional. Hotel localized in front of the beach. Free parking at the hotel. Overall hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pools. Due to weather, only internal was used but both are good (size and cleanliness). Overall quality of the food at the restaurants.

The hotel is quite outdated and in need of a touch up. Everything in our room was old and felt like it needed some renovations.

The gym was pretty complete but the machines were old and dirty. Water and towels were not provided and the paper towels ran out and the bottle was broken. The best machine was locked up!

It is worth paying for a better room! Booking gave us an upgrade and it was a really nice apatment! The parking, location and gym, spa and indoor pool make it a great choice in winter! We would also point out that the Kareoke with Jossandry was great! He deserves an A+

Family moved in above us. Constant racket, kids running wild at all hours. Not really the hotels fault. Asked reception to have a word twice. The second time I was told they were a Portuguese family and he couldn't call them??? Other than that, the hotel was excellent.

Very poor facilities in kitchen, no kitchen knife or spatula, seive, grater, frying pan, can opener. one mug, odd limited cutlery, 2 odd wine glasses, kitchen lights didn't work etc. etc. In need of a refurb.

Spacious apartment, lovely views, great staff, comfortable clean bed. Indoor pool was fantastic, large, heated with changing room and space to relax.

The fact that we didn’t have running water for a day. I understand that the staff were overwhelmed with people complaining but we always were told something different and we weren’t offered solutions until we complained for a fourth time. Then we were allowed to use a different room to shower. One of the staff told us that it happens often…. The drink options are not so exciting and the cocktails were not really cocktails.. not made with much love.

Great location by the sea. The hotel was quiet and our huge bed was really comfortable. It was nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The food options were good! Lots of fresh salad and healthy options which we liked.

Not enough plug sockets in the room (especially should be one both sides of the bed) The double bed was two mattress that were pushed together which kept moving apart Would have been nice just to have some extra bin bags in the kitchen to be able to keep place clean and tidy

Rooms are a bit old fashioned and come with only two sachets of coffee. When asked for more, were told to use the machine beside reception and had to go down from the 6th floor. For the money we paid for our room, we expected two more coffees wouldn't be an issue..

Friendly staff and good location if you are looking to stay just beside the Strip and Oura beach. Lovely pool area and great breakfast.

The evening entertainment could have been better, some parts of the hotel were getting a bit 'tired'.

The location of the hotel was very good in terms of it was on the beach front it was also close to evening entertainment, Bars and restaurants, but not so close that you could hear the evening noise. the selection of food was very good and the all inclusive option was very good with the huge selection of restaurants.
