The water in the bath is not really hot enough for winter. It's not a big problem, as we could stillmanage to take quick showers.

The location is perfect. We can walk to almost all the attractions. The apartment itself is very spacious, with beautiful ceiling to floor windows. Everything is new and spotless. As to the construction site in front of the building, during our stay, we hardly heard any noise coming from the site.

Noise from outside. Windows are not soundproof and as it's centrally located, people shout sometimes. There is a metro construction downstairs and one night they were doing something at 4 o'clock in the morning. One of the beds is just a mobile bed and is uncomfortable.

Great location, right in the heart of Porto. Everything is close. Few nice places to go for breakfast are just few steps away. Guys who look after the apartment are very nice, they gave us a lot of tips about where to go and what to do. Very good conract from their side. We checked in earlier than written in the description. The apartment is big, clean, one bathroom and an additional toilet. We got a welcome bottle of wine as well. Can really recommend it for a group of friends or family. Will come back there if we are again in Porto.

The area is currently undergoing a lot of construction however, it is a fantastic location.

The hosts were very accommodating and flexible. They provided us with all the information we needed about the area. They also provided a decent discount to the parking next-door.

Getting in and out of the bath/shower a little difficult. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Accessibility by car a bit difficult due to road closures.

Modern, spacious and very well equipped apartment in a great location that made it easy to explore Porto on foot. Hosts were very helpful and provided lots of information ranging from how to use the washing machine to restaurant recommendations and places to visit. We had a big problem arriving by car as some streets were closed off due to construction of a new metro line. Even though this has been in progress for a few years, Google maps did not seem to know about it and kept trying to send us into streets that were closed. Our hosts tried to help us out with directions and were very patient waiting for us to finally find our way there. The parking station Sabo Cardosos only 60 metres from the apartment was a big plus. Large TV with a reasonable choice of English speaking channels. Good wifi. Second toilet a bonus. Welcome bottle of wine provided a nice plus.

- expensive parking, but the staff took care of some discount - due to the lively area and additionally construction works outside, it was loud so earplugs can be helpful

One issue to be aware of: this property faces where they are building a new Metro station - so you can hear the construction starting about 8am on weekdays - this may be bothersome to some. We just took it as our cue to get up and out the door to enjoy the lovely city! In addition there are frequently revelers in the street below partying and yelling late into the night. We were not really bothered too much but others might be more sensitive.

This property was immaculate and nicely decorated. Our apartment was 1 bedroom and a living room pullout couch, one full bath with shower and 1/2 bath - very comfortable for our family of 4 (all adults). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated having a washing machine as well. The hosts were super friendly, easy to communicate with and very responsive - and thoughtfully welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The building is quite secure, with an elevator, and very convenient in the city center - very close to the Sao Bento station. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Porto!!

Well the downside of being located in the center is that’s very noisy. You can hear until late in the night the people partying around or the cars passing by. Other than that, everything was perfect. One of our friends could sleep very well but since I am sensitive with the noise, for me was discomforting.

Very nice apartment located close to the train station with everything available by. Spacious, clean, all facilities included. Great host, he gave us a lot of tips and helped with the luggage after the checkout.

Wonderful spacious apartment of the highest standard. Obviously a big recent investment in refurbishing throughout. Masses of storage. Kitchen has everything you could want if self catering. Decor fresh, modern and done with great taste. A credit to the owners.
