Great location. Really enjoyed having 2 double beds for us adults and our 2 little ones to stay in just 1 room. 2 water bottles, kettle with coffee and tea sachets to have in the room which was great. Hair dryer, iron and everything needed for a short stay. Recommended.

The furniture looks very dated especially the larger chairs. The TV didn’t receive any English speaking channels

I think the walls might be a little thin! Heard the next room partying at 3am, which was not the best. The breakfast was OK, but it would have been better if had table service for tea/coffee on arrival.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was clean. There were lots of towels!

I didn’t like that the cleaning person came to knock on the door at 8:00 in the morning when the check out for the room was at noon.

The lift was not good. It's old and making sound which makes scared us in using it.

The room is spacious enough. The toilet was OK with the bidet. Supplying complimentary drinking water in the room. Also in the lobby there is always water & some fruits available for the guest to enjoy. The breakfast was good with a very spacious restaurant. They extended the check-out time for 4 hours without additional charge.

Rooms and hotel as a whole needs a strict renovation. A bit expensive than what you get for.

Lack of parking (the adjacent parking garage is not great, with steep ramps, narrow spaces and crazy tight turns - more so than any other garage we parked in during our 2-week stay in Portugal/Spain). Also, advertising an airport shuttle, then being told that it was full and only runs once an hour, is not cool for a property that specializes in airport users/travelers. Had to call maintenance to fix non-functioning A/C as well.

far from downtown , if you want to be close to downtown, then this not a cool place to stay. it was at least about a twenty minute ride to the sea front.

Only half of the elevators were working. The air conditioning was not working in our room. There were not enough cups for the three of us and it appeared one of the cups had been used prior to our arrival. There was no ice machine in the facility.

The location was very close to the airport. The buffet on Friday evening was a good value.The staff was very helpful and the shuttle to the airport was great. Coffee and tea were available in the room. Ample towels were provided and they were nice and plush. Beds were comfortable .

N/a Called reception Saturday night to get early wake up call at 2am Sunday. Never got call , reception showed me they had 240am not 200 am on their record. Solution, reception should repeat back the time of the request.

Breakfast is really poor. The bread wasn't freshly baked. The pastries were also dry and tasteless. The room was big but we didn't understand the bed sizes. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, so we were expecting a king size bed and a single bed. We got two mid size beds which wasn't comfortable for 2 adults. Parking fee is quite expensive.

Challenged by check ot that we hadn't paid €4 City tax. We had, in cash, on arrival, he didn't believe us but "graciously " let us of! He was corrected.

Hotel really needs a repair. Furniture was broken and hotel rooms was in bad shape, lot of things were broken. Ventilation in room was loud.
