Both the kettle and the safe in our room weren't working. Breakfast was very expensive for someone who can only eat a light breakfast.

Disappointing that the only option for breakfast was an expensive buffet breakfast. An option for just coffee and muffin should be available, especially as there are no restaurants nearby.

We selected the 2 full bed option as a booking preference, but both rooms were issued as 1 full bed with a cot bed.

Comfortable & conveniently located to the airport. Perfect stopover for us ahead of an early morning flight. Check-in was easy and rooms were comfortable. Parking was convenient (and free since we were in after 7p and out before 9a the following morning).

It was my second visit to the hotel, so I knew what to expect, and I had no surprises. The hotel is not in good shape and must be innovated. The smell in the corridors and the carpets in the corridors are dirty, just a few examples. But it is 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes walk from Sporting stadiumm.

Poorly maintained rooms. They are outdated. Small things, which are important e.g the soap dispenser didn’t work. There were many little things like this which added up.

This hotel is showing a bit of wear and tear in its furnishings , but the décor was old school from the 80’s and there is a lot to love about that! I think they should run with that. The beds were comfortable and I liked the layout of the room.

The dinner at the restaurant was superb. The service was classic , and chef … what can I say. Fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. Best food I had during my 3 week stay in Portugal

The hotel is older it was clean but looks a bit tired could use a paint job and some new carpets. The staff in the lounge could use a bit more training in customer service.

The check in was very good ,Paulo helped me check in and arranged the shuttle for the airport in the morning and took my bags to the room he was a great customer service rep for the Hotel great experience.

The exercise facility was small with only one of each: bike, elliptical, treadmill and rower. Luckily, not too many people used the facility so wait times were somewhat low for us, but don't count on getting on the equipment.

Very convenient to the airport. Ubers to and from the airport were less than 5 euros. (We choose not to use shuttle to airport and the hotel does not offer shuttles from the airport.). We ate in the bar and had a great chefs special burger.

Bathroom had a cramped layout. Had to squeeze beside the vanity to get to the toilet, but could have been just the room we had.
