Residência Júlio is in a very convenient location. We stayed in the top floor unit. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It has its own heating/ cooling unit that is quiet and great for making the sleeping temperature just right. It is spacious and has a good view of the surrounding areas.

Lovely room with veranda, beautiful gardens. Very helpful staff, welcoming and flexible, allowed us to have our bags left until lunchtime so we could explore Sagres. Fabulous shower!

The cleaning staff started to clean rooms early in the morning and it was a bit loud outside, because the walls are very delicate so may be to start it a little bit later for those who want to sleep more))) Thank you!

The location is great, with a supermarket, a cafe and the beaches all just a short walk away.. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The shower has good temperature and pressure. The kitchen is basic , but had everything we needed for cooking at the apartment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and spoke great english.

Nothing that the apartments could control - we did get quite heavily bitten by mosquitos while sat out in the evening, they went for the spots that the spray repellent must have just missed! But that's more an "us" thing and will get cream instead in future - just as a warning for others prone to mosquito bites.

Everything about Residencia Julio was what we wanted for our stay, which was making up the last 3 days of a week long trip across the Algarve. The room was comfortable, and clean, plenty of space for 2 people to store their things and the beds were so comfortable we slept like babies! The shower was lovely and powerful, perfect for after the long days at the beach and in the sea. The location was also perfect, being within 10 minutes walking distance of local amenities, but enough out of it to be so peaceful and quiet, and also plenty of parking - some with shade so our rental car was never hot to get into! The staff were warm and friendly, the cleaning staff were lovely and specifically Dora was so helpful when we checked in, providing a map and information on the area. The gardens around the property were beautiful and serene, a really nice place to sit after a long day. We caught the Solandra Maxima flower blooming too, which we were so pleased about! There was also a handy kitchen area and washing line to hang larger items to dry. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again without hesitation.

We weren’t shown around the room, only how to lock up. We looked for the A/C at night as the only window was in the bathroom and it doesn’t open wide. The owner said we could call for anything but it was late.

It’s quiet, cute and has a great location.
