Well it’s just doing the job, but it’s not „nice“ inside.

Price was good, location also good considering Lisbon is so big.

This tiny room is one of the cheapest options around and when you get there you understand the reasons why. You'll get what you you're paying for. Don't take this one if you're claustrophobic.

The place is in a very good area of central Lisbon, close to bars and restaurants. It is very convenient if you're willing to walk around downtown. Staff were really helpful when I needed them.

The beds were not comfortable at all and it was loud, so you need some earplugs.

The smell from the bathrooms and some kitchen shelfs. The doors let in/out very much sound, you can hear almost everything going on in the apartment.

1. Had to ask for a table to work (like it was shown in the photos) since when I arrived it didn't have any. It took a couple of days. 2. One evening the 2 showers were unavailable. Called the "emergency" number several times with no answer. It was fixed in the next day. 3. Kitchen towels were not replaced. They were dirty.

I do not recommend staying here Very complex way of check-in, front door code not opening, you must apply force to open it, Room in rooftop with no insulation in the ceiling making it very cold, colder than the temperature outside. Emergency numbers not replying another guest woke me up at 01.30 because she forgot the keys inside her room when she went to the toilet, had to give her a blanket to sleep in the sofa, i spoke with 3 people before my check in, their system is misleading, Never again !!!

No sheets on the bed, I was cold the whole night. The building was very noise, hard to sleep. Ubers refuse to come to that location and there is no subway nearby. They tried to "steal" 4€ from me per night

The building and apartment is very old. The shared facilities were very dirty! I had to take a shower in the gym instead! it was too expensive for what it was. Not satisfied at all.

The room was very hot, almost no airflow through the tiny window. The bed was hard. There was hair on the floor.

Really bad condition of the place, beyond renting standards. Super small room, barely could fit one person. Tiny window, hot and stuffy even though the temperatures outside weren't that high. Cracks in the walls, doors, etc. Smelly bathroom from old pipes. Hair in the shower. In general on my opinion this should not be offered as guest accomodation

I would rather have had two sets of bed sheets instead of having to share with my partner. The bathrooms got dirty very fast. The bed was a little small for two persons.

I liked having the ability to use the kitchen and the kitchen itself was great. The small notes all around the rooms was cute with “please do / do not”. The location of the place. The “living room” was nice. The decorations was cute. I liked the cute video of how to get into the apartment.

PLEASE READ! Unfortunately, we must share our concerns and WARNINGS. We were allocated room B. One of us couldn't sleep properly because of noise (street & paper-thin walls), heat and constant insect biting. When we finally got up to locate the insect, we found the BED BUG sitting on the wall near our bed. It was our first experience with this bug, so we checked with google images and it was a 100% match!!! Unfortunately, in a fit of instinct, we squashed the bug and couldn't provide credible evidence later as we didn't find any more bugs. When we reported the situation to the management the next day, they assured us about investigating the situation. Their later response said that they had not found enough evidence to address the issue or compensate us. We therefore RECOMMEND that you check your room carefully, inspect the walls and floor around your bed and be aware of this issue! Bed bugs are a problem that usually does not resolve itself, rather it spreads and worsens...we had to disinfect all our clothes and stuff hoping that we don’t bring this unpleasant gift home.

Location and speed of response was OK. There was quite a high number of other young travellers (which caused quite some wait times for the only two shared bathrooms). Kitchen seemed alright, though we didn't end up using it, as we had to leave early (as in the below).
