The restaurant didn't cleanly de-vein the shrimp, so they tasted quite bitter. That's the only down-side we could find in the stay. No other criticisms at all.

Breakfast was an all-you-can eat buffet of continental food and light cooked elements. It was delicious, the coffee well-made, and we could eat our fill. Additionally, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Particular compliments to Lara in the bar/restaurant and Pedro in reception, who made our stay very welcoming.

The quarter is closed to everything by walk but I felt sometimes in insecurity

A little further away from downtown, however there is a metro outside the hotel.

Great location, nice hotel. It’s only two/three stops on the metro to the main area. Safe area. Staff were lovely and helpful. Air con is great. Not noisy either. Shower is great also!

The staff really went on and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. It was my husbant's birthday and they left a perfect cake with a lovely note in our room on the day. It was so sweet!

The hotel is next to the train station and it easy to get to different places, also the bus and famous tram 28. The hotel was clean and nice and enough space for one/ two.The staff were extremely helpful! Would book again if I return back to Lisbon.

The staff is exceptionally friendly, thoughtfull and professional. Very clean, safe and the breakfast was very nice. The location is a short stroll away to the city center but also exactly at the metro station. There are few very good restaurants near the hotel. Special thanks to the receptionist, mr. Pedro Eiras!

The hotel room doesn't offer a lot of storage place. Which isn't to bad, since it's not your house. There is not really a view through the window. But let's be honest, who needs a view from the hotel. Go outside and enjoy it there. We didn't really have any complaints, the hotel caught us by suprise in a positive way.

The hotel staff members were very kind. They make you feel at home in the hotel. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask they will provide your needs. The room was very clean and offers a beautifull bathroom. The hotel is very close to a metrostation like 1 min. It gets you to the city center in maybe 4-5 min. Next to the hotel there is a supermarket to get you some water and food to go.

The location offers a lot of facilities and transport. Different options for eating with some coffee and restaurants near by the hotel. It's easy to go to the city centre walking or take a train. The staff are very efficient and polite.
