I loved everything about this hotel and their staff. They pay attention to details, amazing services, polite staff. The hotel receptionists were especially helpful in everything I’ve asked them. My room had a great view, was spacious, full of sunlight…..The toilet was spacious too! Loved every detail about the room. I loved the oat house restaurant breakfast, and loved sitting at the rooftop at sprezzi. The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to most touristic places, as well as the metro. It was a beautiful stay, and would definitely come back again here if I visited Doha again.

My gold necklace was stolen I had no support from the team there whatsoever, expect for the security manager whom he helped escalate this matter to the police and I have opened a case against them in Qatar police department

Very bad hotel... I do not recommend it... In this hotel they have a valet parking service when you arrive at the hotel they take the car and park it for you in their lower parking lot... I got a scratch on the front of my car and when I discussed the issue with them (the shift manager) they told me that this scratch happened before I arrived at the hotel even though I am sure that I do not scratch my car anywhere... They told me that they will inform security to look at the surveillance cameras and when I asked them the next day they told me that security looked at the surveillance cameras and said that the scratch happened before I arrived at the hotel!! I told them show me the evidence I want to see the video clip from the surveillance cameras when I arrived at the hotel to make sure for myself that the scratch happened before I arrived at the hotel, unfortunately they refused because they are hiding something from me... I do not trust them!! Therefore I do not recommend this hotel and I do not think about returning to it in the future. I am very upset with them

Nothing and wasted my money and time dealing with unprofessional staff at checkin desk ( ikia and Tandae) attitude, lack if hospitality, lack of customer service Checkin time delayed Luggage sent to room after 12 hours in midnight No extra bed in hotel No bedsheet n blanket ran out of supply Upon request pillow n blanksheet semt after 2.5 hours Muhannad at night shift was helful and provided with wrong info on breakfast timming told its upto 12pm since its friday and we missed the breakfast as actually it ends at 11 am Valet parking staff was very rude n not helpfull Overall i would rate this hotel as -1 star instead 5 stars and never stay again at all.

My room had no view, the coffee and coffee machine were not befitting of the five star Hotel, the curtains did not block out the light so you will wake up very early.
