You can check in at 12pm and check out at 1pm. The apartment has a washing machine, cooking utensils, microwave and everything you need. The breakfast is not large but the taste is good and the staff are friendly

Staff are very bad: 1- my luggage was delivered to my room after half an hour and after two phone calls. They have even asked for what color and shape of my bags 2- I paid breakfast for two persons in my check in while the receptionist at the breakfast lounge kept telling me for three days that my booking was for one only 3- breakfast lounge receptionist behaved in a bad way with me and my son and prevented us from sitting where we wanted claiming that the table is for families only 4- breakfast was very poor in choices and chef cannot do omelet properly

Some staff members are rude, especially when we are about to use the pool in the morning, we had been finger-pointed and arrogantly instructed to only wear underwear “bra” and remove/take off our shirt which led to our confusions as we are living in a reputable and conservative country.

The location is very accessible and the rooms are clean and well maintained.

Doha in general is expensive city to stay in terms of room price per night. Similar price would give me a proper 4.5* hotel in most other cities in the world. This is not just con for Adagio, but for most hotels in Doha. Aside from that, it was little bit varied cleaning. I felt some days it wasn't as deep cleaned as other days.

Location is easy to get around location. No complaints there. Breakfast buffet was your typical continental breakfast, however, it was really tasty. Great selection of food there. Staff was always helpful and provided the extra whenever you needed that, no complaints there either.

This summer, we had the opportunity to stay at Adagio twice, but our most recent visit left us quite disappointed. We were surprised by the lack of coordination between the reception and housekeeping teams. On one occasion, we found ourselves waiting from 1 am to 2 am for our apartment to be cleaned, as it hadn't been attended to all day. We chose an apartment this time because, during our previous stay, we found the breakfast option wasn't suitable for us. Unfortunately, this lead us to find out that the kitchen of the apartment was poorly equipped, making it difficult to prepare meals as we had planned. By the last day, we were informed that the dishes would no longer be washed, despite this service being provided during the first days of our stay. When we pointed out that the apartment lacked both a dishwasher and the necessary supplies to wash the dishes manually, we received a less polite answer. It also became apparent that some of the employees might not understand English, further contributing to the confusion. The lack of consistency and communication between departments led us to the conclusion that we can no longer recommend Adagio. We were surprised at how quickly our experience with this hotel went from satisfactory to disastrous in just a few months.
