The worst issue I had with the payment. The booking.Com confirmation says payment upon arrival. However the hotel keeps telling as the hotel is busy and to secure the room I have to a pre payment only after the payment is done the booking will be confirmed. I suggest the management to look in to this in a serious manner. And what ever the hotel policies are to be updated in a same way in booking.com.

Receptionist doesn’t answer phone calls right away or else always busy, sending water takes 2 hrs to get it, and they send water with limit that’s bad, since it’s free should be no limit per day because bottles are just small, service so slow, most no answer calls I had to call thru my mobile since in landline they don’t pick up.

The hotel is inconvenient. I made a reservation and got a confirmation but after arriving there they told me it was cancelled.

There was a long queue for the check in and it took us one hour. The pool closed too early at 7pm and the kids did not enjoy due to lack of time.

We are happy to be served by the bellboy Joseph, he is polite and smiling and make things easy for us after a long line in the check in counter.

Its the worst property i have stayed in terms of check in. They kept me waiting at the lobby with excuses that the rooms was being cleaned but at 3pm all the rooms were now clean and we were all checked in. Receptionist Rania was just full of herself and full of attitude. I experienced the most horrible check in anyone could ever get.

The cleanliness is exceptional and housekeeping 'Lamal' made my already ruined rest alive. He was soo helpful.

No timely response on room services Wifi is not fast aas it should be Washing machine doest dry the clothes well and most of the time the power tripping Swimming pool it is not clean as it must be. No shower chair nor panio bathtub, as for those handicap people need at least bath chair to help them shower.

The buffet breakfast that I booked is non-refundable; however, it could be better if it was consumable since the guest paid for it. One of the female staff members at the reception of the restaurant was telling me "no" without even checking the system that I paid for two days breakfast and wasn't able to consume the purchase on the first day. Since I brought my friend with me, she was asking me to pay for two meals or breakfast. Anyway, one staff member came and sorted it out, so I paid only for my friend's breakfast.

The interior is really pleasant, and all the necessary kits are available.

When you call the reception or room service they don't even pick or return the call back. Except this service, everything else was good in terms of room, comfort. Buy the hotel needs to improve its room service and response to customers. Even the check in was too slow. Also the rooms donot gave smart TV where as most of the other hotels I stayed had it

The check-in time is absolutely unacceptable. It takes very long time. I arrive at 1:00 PM but they told me that the room is not ready after a very long queue. After that, I return around 4:00 PM & I have to wait about an hour to get my room. Definitely, the check-in process needs to be improved.

The location of the hotel is great & near by down town. The room was very clean. Roads around the hotel were uncrowded and almost all needed staffs can be find easily around.

I had to wait for about an hour just to get my room, I don’t know what is wrong and why I waited this much just to get my room. It was so frustrating and I hope they fix this issue.

Shower was out of order, with water leaking into the room. The staff was aware of the issue as they delayed our checkin in. They promised it will be repaired, but we could not use the shower for the whole stay. They were also not making rooms daily even if reminded. We left the hotel earlier than planned as it was impossible to stay in such conditions
